I’ve got the Birdfy Bamboo original that I got last year in August as a gift. It got hit pretty hard by some squirrels/possum recently and they chewed some of the plexiglass and the bamboo.

I reached out about replacement parts and was originally offered a replacement feeder for free. However, after I sent details they said my feeder was out of warranty. Weird, since I registered it a year ago. Anyhow, I wasn’t originally assuming they would replace for free, but apparently parts/replacement feeder bodies aren’t available. Camera is perfectly functional and was purchased with lifetime AI SUBSCRIPTION.

Is there an alternate 3rd party selling feeders I could get the camera to fit in? Any thoughts on options? Seems super wasteful to think about a brand new feeder when what I assume is the most expensive part is fine.

I’ve got 2 lines with Unlimited Plus + 5G home internet. The mobile lines have the educator discount. I’m traveling soon and was going to g to upgrade to Unlimited Ultimate for the trip and then downgrade to Plus when I return. Any risk in not having the educator discount still on the account when I switch back?

I had the oddest experience today and it’s shaken my confidence. Stock APEX AXS 1x12 Speed drivetrain on a Trek Checkpoint SL5. 9 months old. Couple thousand miles ridden.

Was 5 miles into a gravel ride and started up a small hill. Tapped the left shifter (the downshift side) and realized it wasn’t getting any easier. Had to pull over as I was in 12th gear and couldn’t go up the hill. Left shifter was communicating with the derailleur but wasn’t downshifting at all. Removed the battery, reinstalled. Checked the app. Coin and Derailleurs batteries were good. I double pressed the derailleur button and it would downshift. After 10-15 minutes of scratching my head, I happen to notice in the app that the left shifter had switched to upshift. So both shifters were upshifting (and since it was in 12th, nothing was happening. Switched the left to downshift and all was well.

I know this sounds crazy, but it’s unexplainable. Literally it was fine one minute and the next reversed. Any thoughts here? I’m worried this could happen again.

I looked around but couldn’t find a recent answer. I interviewed Wednesday and 2 hours later had full approval for my GE application. I used the TSA Precheck lookup and my KTN isn’t showing as valid. How long before that is active, usually?

I’ve got a Suunto Race and I’m trying to pair it with my Varía. Setting, connectivity, pair new device, pair sensor (the only option). The Varía is flashing purple. Never finds it. It’s sitting 2 feet from the watch. Tried it 20 times. Any thoughts? The manual says the watch should have sensor types in the settings after “pair new device” but all I have is “pair sensor”. Thanks

Note: the Varía connected immediately to the Varía app on my phone, so it’s not the issue (and also brand new)
