How to deal with family member?

Hey everyone. I wanted to ask what the best way is to deal with someone with anorexia. My family and I are really stuck between trying to be super understanding and not getting mad when she doesn’t eat, and just letting her do whatever she wants. Because she drinks calorie-containing beverages, she isn’t in immediate physical danger, so we’re trying to take the pure health aspect out of the equation for now.
On the other hand, we’re wondering if we should be more firm—encouraging her to make an effort every time and pointing out that she isn’t making progress. I know the second approach might sound harsh, but with the first one, I’m concerned that she might interpret our lack of reaction as us accepting the situation as normal.
I hope that makes sense. We’re honestly scared that we’re handling this the wrong way and that we might be making her mental health worse without realizing it. I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have experience with this or know what approach is generally most helpful.

Advise for a big brother

So my 13-year-old sister has had anorexia for about 6 months, and she’s now at the worst she’s ever been. Literally no food goes into her mouth anymore. The only thing she takes is calorie drinks to keep herself from losing weight.
She was in therapy with a psychologist for several months and then went to a specialised eating-disorder centre for 2 months, where she stayed 6 days a week. After those 2 months, they told us they couldn’t do anything more for her and that it was ultimately up to her if she wanted to change.
She’s back home now, and as a family, we’re completely lost. She just keeps getting worse, and we don’t see even the slightest hope of her getting better. Every single day, every single meal is a battle, and I honestly don’t know how much longer I can keep watching my little sister go through this.
I think I need a reality check from you guys. Is it realistic to think that this could stay like this for years? Because right now, it feels like there’s no end in sight, and I’m completely lost on what we’re supposed to do.

Is my routine too heavy?

I have hormonal acne. Its not sever but i get small white pimples almost everyday. (The dark spots are almost not visible on the pictures but i do have some hyperpygmentation) I have a pretty big (imo) routine but i dont know if its really too much or I can continue with it. I have a oily skin that gets dehydrated a lot because of the products I use.

Am:
- LRP effaclar iso biome cleanser (Derma) OR just water
- Lrp mela b3 Niacinamide serum (Derma)
- lrp nutritic intense riche (almost only moisterizer that helps because of my really dry skin)
- sunscreen

PM:
- LRP effaclar iso biome cleanser (Derma)
- ACM azeane azelaic acid 15%
- Aklief (retinoid derma prescribed)
- moisterizer

When my skin is really too dry or a bit irritated i put some lrp cicaplast.

Hyaluronic toners dont help hydrate my skin at all. Im also open for other moisterizers recommandations for really dried skins. And as you have seen I have a lot of lrp so no need to say that its a pretty expensive routine. If you have cheaper but as good alternatives I’m happy to hear.

When shaving I use Tendskin which has salycilic acid to avoid ingrown hairs.

Started GLOW and my 3 years old injury dissapeared

I wanted to heal both my injury and improve my skin so I jumped on GLOW. Its been 3 weeks since I started and its the first time in 3 years since my injury started that I dont feel any pain while lifting weights. Its truly unbelievable and I didnt know I would feel the effects that quick. Is bpc something that you need to continue to take even after the injury being healed or can I stop and just continue with ghkcu?

2 months on reta down 8kg

More muscle definition, face fat going away. Also been on klow for 3 weeks and my 3 years old shoulder pain is truly slowly going away. Peptides are crazy

A friend of mine who started Reta last week just tested positive for the poxvirus 💀. Needless to say, he doesn’t ever want to touch peptides again. It’s basically impossible that only his vial was contaminated, right?
