Just had a hysteroscopic myomectomy yesterday for a 4 cm submucosal fibroid but only 50% removed

I was so excited for this surgery as this fibroid caused me so many issues. ER visits and blood transfusions as it’s right on the fundus. However when the surgeon went in she was only able to take out 50% because it was so close to blood vessels and said the ultrasound didn’t show a good imaging. I am feeling hopeless and worried symptoms will persist. Any advice or experiences to share? Had a long cry afterwards as my life has been hell for the last few months.

Should I attempt this DIY or try to find a shop to help me?

It’s an Audi A5 2023. I’ve done a ton of research and sadly a new headlight assembly is out of my budget. The lights still work perfectly. Just the lens is cracked. This is what I’m working with. Is my mission futile? I purchased this lens cover and butyl tape.

Really need ideas? Have about 5 days to spare between Xi’ An and Shanghai.

Travelling in November with my family have a teen boy and senior Mom who might need some breaks but no mobility issues. Basically looking to fill in a trip between Xi An to Shanghai. A mix of history, scenery and modern architecture in that order. Also need halal food options if possible.

Is this going to be costly to fix?

Just bought my first Audi after graduating last month. Then this happened. It’s an A5 2023

How do we communicate differently?

I’m a CBC. Grew up mostly in an East Asian community consider myself fairly outgoing had no issues making new friends. Now that I’ve moved out into a mostly White area I find it really hard to connect with them (whites) I still live in a multicultural city but how does CBC or ABC communication style differ from white people? I can’t put my finger on it. When I greet my neighbours or they’re talking in a group I feel extremely awkward. Never happened before.

Curious about the Asian experience growing up in Vancouver Canada.

I’m a CBC. Grew up with a lot of Asians in my school then moved to a different area outside of Vancouver with more white people due to work. Despite being born here and raised here all my life I can’t help but feel like there is a lot of covert racism directed towards me. It’s especially noticeable when I’m greeted at shops etc. Am I imagining this?

Does name matter on ticket?

I transferred 2 tickets on the ticketing app. My name still appears on the tickets will this be an issue for my guests who will be attending without me?

Want to do a trip in BC not Vancouver Island but the interior or anywhere north.

Have lived in Vancouver all my life and rarely hear about travel in this beautiful province of ours aside from the Island and the Okanagan. What are some hidden gems in the interior or northern parts of the province? I’m planning to do a road trip or possibly fly out for the summer somewhere. Will have about a week. Any suggestions for “off the beaten path” and “lesser known places”?

My family were eating at the Costco food court and these 2 boys ( white ) were at a table right beside us with what looked like their grandfather. A minute after we sat down I immediately noticed the two boys (10, 11 years old?) kept glancing at us, talking to one another and laughing. It was so obvious they were mocking us. I couldn’t quite hear what they were saying but I definitely felt it was racist. I felt like an animal at the zoo at that moment due to the jeering.

My Son said he noticed it too and that when we were lining up those boys did the same to an African American family. I was appalled no doubt the older man with them was aware and allowed this behaviour. I kept staring the boys down and even made a comment as they left “you all need to learn some manners”. I was seething with anger. How would you have all handled this? I was with my Son and husband. This happened just outside of Seattle.
