Board games for 4 years old

Looking for board games for my almost 4 year old, wanting to teach him skills like turn taking, cooperating etc to improve his teamwork skills. They started teaching UNO in his childcare, are there any similar games like this?

Edit: thanks so much for all the suggestions! Will need to do some shopping!!

STM life hacks please

Hi STMs with 2 littles (say a toddler and an infant), safe to say life is a little hectic and I’m finding it difficult to juggle everything. If you have great systems in place that work for you, I’m interested to know (who comes along, how often and when do you do it, what are your systems in place) for:

  1. Grocery shopping
  2. Cooking and meal prep for the week
  3. Childcare pickups for toddler that coincide with dinner prep
  4. Weekend activities for the toddler (playground etc)

Domperidone success stories

Was wondering whether anyone had success with domperidone to boost your supply? How long did you have to take it for and was it easy to wean off?

Were there any side effects you experienced while taking it? TIA!

Anyone choose to pump instead of BF?

For context, I’m triple feeding 8 weeks postpartum and it’s super tiring… however there are times when I’m away from baby or wanted extra sleep etc., I was able to pump and give a bottle to someone else to feed! That felt sooo great to have that freedom away from baby for some alone time etc.

While I like nursing for the bonding aspect, sometimes it just takes very long and not all BF sessions are great (baby falls asleep etc) and I still end up pumping anyway.

Just curious if anyone chooses to pump instead of BF if you have no issues latching and so forth. What are your reasons to do so?

Curious to know what positions you bf in? I’m close to 4 weeks postpartum, and the only position I know is the cradle hold, which is what was taught in the hospital and seems to be the easiest to start with.

Latch is fine so far, but interested to know if there any other positions that might be more comfortable to nurse for longer periods of time? Sometimes I hunch over and tend to have a slightly sore neck now..

I know my blood type, but unfortunately my husband doesn’t know his, and so I have no idea what my children’s blood type might be. I thought this could be useful information in case of an emergency etc. How do we find out? I believe I asked my GP once but there’s no bulk billing for this type of tests?
