Getting this window replaced. Does this whole plant need to go?

I’ve never gotten new windows before. Not sure what to do about this rose bush.

Brain Games (1983-1985)

From Wikipedia: Braingames is an American educational program shown on HBO in the mid-1980s. It was a half-hour program consisting of brain-teasing animated skits (either stop-motion or cartoon) designed to make the viewers think. It was HBO's first attempt at a show focused on educational skits, predating Crashbox by 15 years.

I definitely remember this as a kid. Especially the intro. Would love if they made new ones! Not on HBO now, but you can find it on YouTube.

Wings at Maple, Burlington VT

Visiting Burlington VT for the first time. Was at Foam Brewery and decided to pop over to Wings at Maple and give them a whirl. Very crispy! I got the Lemon Pepper wing combo with fries and a drink for 16.95 (8 wings). Worth a stop if you are in the area.

Am I making a mistake?

I didn’t like that my mulch was higher than my lawn, so I decided to rip up my mulch bed. The plan is to pull up the fabric, dig a couple of inches down, replace fabric with cardboard and then mulch to lawn height. Good idea or dumb idea?

Recommendation for valve to shut off whole house water using my phone?

I’m looking at getting sensors that detect leaks and let my phone know. I’d love to get something that allows me to shut off water to my house while I’m not home too. Prices seem to be all over the place when I look up valves that shut off the water. Any recommendations?

My favorite McDonalds menu item

The steak egg and cheese bagel. Look at the butter slathered on that steak! The grease was dripping through the bag. So good!!!!

OPR has a new horde mode. I’d like to play with heroes vs zombies. What ruleset to use?

I see OPR has a rules set out now called Horde mode. I’d love to use my Bolt Action figures as individual heroes against hordes of zombies. Is there a rules set from OPR you’d recommend to accommodate this?

Since the only difference between EM waves is frequency/wavelength, and the universe is expanding, how much of the waves that would be deadly to us are spread out to something f less dangerous due to the Doppler effect?

If a star millions of light years away from us is emitting x-rays do we mostly receive them as something like visible light as the star speeds away from us? Is the universe safer for us because of the expansion of the universe?

If Planck’s Constant was big enough, would it be possible to feel like you got hit by a baseball if a photon of light struck you?

I guess what I’m saying is, do we not feel photons of light hitting us because the energy is so small? And if the universe was different where h was bigger, could you treat beams of light like a constant stream of baseballs, using beams of light to knock things down, etc?

Was a fan of Night Court, so I figured I’d watch. Never got into it though.
