Going to detox myself off an 800-1200mg a day 7 habit. A few questions

Hi all,
For the past 9 months I have been addicted to 7OH. I currently take an average of 1000mgs a day. In the following years before this I was addicted to strictly kratom powder, but now I don’t even take that

I plan to get myself off the 7 with SR, however I have a few questions

1- do I need to “preload”? I’ve heard stories of ppl saying they took SR along w their opiates a few days before jumping completely off their opiate of choice

2-What should my dosing look like, based on my 7 intake?

3- How far apart do I need to space doses of SR? How long will a dose be effective for?

4- For those who have gone thru an opiate detox w SR themselves, how much of the WD symptoms would you say the SR took away?

Is there a difference in effectiveness as far as powder vs tabs?

Overnight delivery delayed by one whole day. Package now at delivery hub, but still not loaded onto vehicle or out for delivery, 2 days later

I ordered something and chose overnight shipping. The package got picked up on time but delayed, pushing the delivery date back one day. It is now the second delivery day, it’s at my local hub but has not been loaded onto a truck yet, and by now it’s usually out for delivery. What’s going on?

So I ordered a package a few days ago and chose the 2 day delivery option as I always do. Up until today, fedex 2 day has been great, always arriving within 2 business days from shipment, all the way from across the country

However today, I ran into my first issue. Last night I checked and saw that my package was in a state sorting facility, the last stop before my local shipping hub. Scheduled delivery was for this morning, the 4th. I wake up this morning to this. The package never left my local shipping hub to be “out for delivery” 😠 😢 it was scanned 3 times but never left. Why is this? I’m really hoping it comes tommorow, as I really need this package and am upset over what just happened today. Will it definitely come tmrw? Why would this happen?

Edit:: It arrived today!!! 😁
