Has anyone ever combined peppers and horseradish?

Planning to make hot sauce tomorrow with the pepper bounty, but also have to dig up the horseradish roots. Thoughts?

Any good recomendations for the audible 2 fr 1?

I've gone through my wishlist and nothing super interesting looking is included in the sale, I'll pick yp Michener's Alaska and maybe Black AF History, or The Last Chairlift by Irving, unless someone has some better recs? No romance or fantasy.

Lunch combo

Once again I was too slow to get the pic with the dry ice effect, but it was coming out of the fish mouth and looked cool. $33 East Coast usa.

Chrisrocks17 left an Azelf raid at 1 sec. He invited. We could have won.

We were lucky friends, but I unfriended after that bullshit that cost me a remote raid pass.

DFW prescience.

There's been multiple articles written about the various things in IJ that are so relevant today, after the 30th anniversary edition came out. But I haven't seen anything yet about the relations with Canada post Trump II.

It's crazy to me how the Gentle administration was able to "other" Canadians aka Nucks, to the point that there are common racial? slurs directed towards them ( froggy lipped foreigner) and jokes about female nucks have to be sluts to attract men etc. Which must have seemed totally absurd (to make a point about how absurd it is to "other" people in general) 30 years ago.

Gentle talks about finding an enemy right to the North or South of us to blame our problems on since the major/cold wars were over etc.

But here we are! Blaming Canada for wild fires caused by climate change and throwing tarrifs around again.

Just add it to the list I guess.

Is there a mega thread?

I'm on mobile so forgive me if I can't see/find something like this that exists, but I was looking for a place to just ask some basic questions for people who have fished the book.

Levaquin. Did anyone else take this antibiotic?

Was talking with friends earlier about sinus infections for whatever reason, and mentioned I had a bad one years back that didn't respond to the first antibiotic they gave me, had an MRI because of facial swelling, and they gave me something stronger. Another friend mentioned Levaquin, but he had turned it down because of the damage it can do to Achilles tendon. I had no idea. But all this started for me with Achilles tendonitis.

Just curious. It was 20+ years ago and I can't remember what the stronger med was or anything.

What to add to canned lentils?

Since it's just me 3 nights a week I don't cook. Usually I just open a can of black beans and add salsa and cheese, or a packet of rice and add kimchi or gochujang. I realize I have a ton of cans of lentils (been stocking up since Trump) but I never eat them because nothing I have on hand seems to go with them like the above. Ideas for an easy add, without cooking, just microwave heating?

I'm on my third pair of Altra Olympus, love the way they feel, but noticed shortly into my second pair that my Achilles tendons were often sore/inflamed and would tighten up even after sitting for 30min or so. Definitely have PF symptoms now but I've mostly been managing with stretching (no insurance and no possibility of walking less (dog)). My knees are also starting to tingle which always signaled to me that I needed new shoes as a runner. So I'm thinking the Altras are not for me, or maybe just not the very floaty ones?
