Is anybody else just not getting a single response?

My account got suspended for the same reason as everybody else posting in here currently and I sent an appeal two days ago and I still haven't gotten a single response and I can't send another appeal until my original appeal isn't in queue anymore but it seems like it won't ever be out of it so I'm just stuck with nothing I can do
