Sanctuary is fucking amazing

I've been an evanescence fan even before I learned proper English (I was about 10) I still remember the first time I listened to "Hello", looking up the lyrics and being so amazed by it. I started learning English above mandatory school curriculum just to understand their music better. That's how much of a fan I am. Let's just say that since 2011 things have run a bit dry. Even "Bitter truth" was somewhat meh to be honest. I didn't have my hopes high for Sanctuary after bitter truth made me feel Evanescence is no longer the same band that made Fallen and Evanescence EP. I was pleasantly surprised and totally mistaken. The album doesn't necessarily have the same DNA as the their old music, but it's absolutely fucking amazing. Songs like Afterlife, Who will you follow, Self destruct are absolute bangers. Thanks guys for the hard work you've put into this album. I'm really looking forward to whatever you're working on next!

tldr; A lifelong fan autistically celebrating the new album.

I don't see the point anymore

For the past eleven years, My life has been getting progressively worse. I think I was 17 when I first started feeling like there's no purpose of anything and wasn't even diagnosed until much much later with Generalized Anxiety and Chronic Depression. I can't remember the last time I was genuinely happy in a social event or did something in my life because I *wanted* to do it. I just did whatever I had to do to make life go as smooth as possible. It went like that throughout college and when I graduated I took the first job I found and when I left that job I haven't even tried ,seriously, to find another. It's been almost two years. I started lying about many things like my career and the reason I haven't gotten married yet amongst other things just to keep people happy and give a logical enough answer to shut the fuck up about it. I don't want anything, haven't for a very long time. I've lived my entire adult life just escaping things, wasting away one day after another untill the days became years. I find myself almost thirty now with nothing to show for it and nothing to look up to. I can't even put any effort in anything because I don't want anything. what's the point of such existence really? even with the meds and the CBT, I'm just more numb as fuck. I'm not happy of course, (god, I can't even remember how that felt) and I'm not sad either. I'm just nothing, no one. what's the point then? should I just escape life long enough untill death naturally catches up? would this make everyone else happy as long as they're convinced I'm OK? should I just continue this half alive existence of mine just to make things less complicated for everyone?

Disclaimer: I'm not trying to harm myself or anyone at the moment. I'm just venting. I don't have anyone to talk to really.

New YouTube Music UI

I'm not that technical so apologies if the question seemed stupid. I haven't had the new YouTube UI till now and I was wondering if morphe patched or the older versions used (I use the latest experimental version) have something to with it.

Why does Spotify show different numbers for my liked songs

I tried clearing cache and it still persists. I'm not bothered by it or anything, just curious.

I'm paying for YT Music and I still use morphe

why? because Amoled is much better than Material for the UI, I get to hide unnecessary buttons from my screen (cast, mortifications, shorts, etc) among other small quality of life customizations. The YT Music app needs a few tweaks and options and it would be perfect.

Is it just me or is YT Music filled with AI?

I'm sort of new to YouTube music (previously used Spotify, but I HATED the UI), and I like a lot of things about it: the UI is great, the algorithm is good, the sound quality is acceptable, but there is one things that's been bugging me immensely: I keep getting AI "artists" suggested. I'm not exaggerating, 1 out of 10 suggestions is AI. There is no flair, or even a disclaimer on the "artist" page. I really hate this. is it just me because I'm still building up my library (I chose not to import) or is this the norm on YT music?
