Anyone into scientific editor role (stem background)

My boyfriend has been applying for the scientific editor role in renowned journals such as Elsevier, Wiley, Springer. Despite being from a similar background as mentioned in the job requirements he has not received any response till date. He has no idea whether he has been rejected or accepted on what basis. He wants to start his career in a scientific editor role and has done a PhD from Europe in optoelectronics. He has applied multiple times. On tracking on the Springer website it has been showing under review for almost a month now. As he is new in the job market and I being from a completely different background we are unable to understand where and what goes wrong in his application. If anyone has any idea or is into such roles then please let me know how he should tailor his CV so that the prospects of interview call increases. I'll convey the same to him. It feels so sad that he puts in a lot of effort for a single role with no update.

CHSL post preference help.

I don't have much knowledge about CHSL post preference as in where the candidates are posted etc. Following are my marks and rank

Score- 286, ST

Category rank as per rank mitra- 65

Total ST vacancy - 252

I'm from the northeast. My fiance is from Delhi NCR and he lives abroad. So I want a Delhi posting as it will be easier for travelling and all. I'm preparing for cgl 2026 too. So my question is which department gives Delhi posting? And if at all I want a northeast posting which department should I prefer? Realistically is it possible to get delhi posting with this rank?

Cgl 2026 application form doubt

I have done integrated MSc and my degree completion year is 2022. In the passing year of graduation should I give 2022 (my PG passing year)? As my institute doesn't provide a separate passing year for graduation and post graduation.

I couldn't clear cgl mains this time but I'm hopeful of clearing chsl. In March this year I was diagnosed with a chronic health issue. I need to get surgery done which depends on when I plan to conceive. I'm unmarried. My monthly medication cost 8k. Every month I need to take an injection along with tablets. Now the thing is my sister taunts me and spits on me every time she sees me because she thinks my parents have spent a lot on me and calls me names like 'bihari'. I'm not bihari. I have studied in Jharkhand and Biharis are the sweetest people that I have met. I tell her that she couldn't clear state pcs because her geography is weak and that she thinks every person outside of our state is bihari. I have asked my parents multiple times to make her understand but they don't say anything to her. The medications that I'm taking have several side effects like loss of bone density, fatigue, mood swings etc. Despite all these I try to study but every week there will be 2-3 days that my day gets ruined because of my sister. I'm out of words even to explain what I'm going through. Suggest me some ideas on how to teach her a lesson. This is a desperate plea. There is one more year for this year's cgl cycle to complete and get a job. I can't survive at home like this.
