Remington 700 action replacement
I’ve had a Remington 700 adl in 30-06 that I’ve upgraded over the course of 10 years. I’ve had the bolt fluted the action tried, it’s been cerakoted and had an m16 extractor put on. I want to save some weight and have a smith swap it out for a weatherby 307 builders action. supposedly the Remington 700 action is 39 oz vs 29 of the weatherby. Am I losing anything in performance or durability by swapping to the weatherby? And is there decent resale value for my rem 700 action?

Western Washington Elk
When choosing a location to hunt for elk, do you all prioritize more animals even if that area might get significantly more pressure. Or do you prioritize smaller herds that might get far less hunter pressure in September?

Broken nock collar arrow and nock?
Broke an arrow today at the whole nock assembly. Anyone know what would have caused that? Is this a one off weakness or could my d loop be an issue?
Bonus pic of my grouping at 20 yards after a 30 minute uphill treadmill ruck with a 50lb pack.
