Does join actually look at the details of a imported ride?
Hi,
Just out is curiosity. When I do a ride and Join picks this up. What does Join actually use to recalculate the next training of the plan?

I think it favors longer rides (>2 hours). Is this correct? Is there a more technical explanation in how it is calculated?
Hi,
does anyone know a quick way of removing all saves for cities skylines 2 game from steam cloud when using geforce now?
Is there an option somewhere to ignore downhill segments by default?

One of the big pros of Fondo was the existence of a paracycling part. For me, as handbiker, and other people this was a great feature because handbiking is just a bit different. For instance, power output is much lower.
I'm wondering if in the future Join will also take over this part of Fondo because it's a great resource which would be sad if lost. There is not much information for us handbikers and every bit helps.
I hope someone from Join can answer.
Hi all,

I've been handbiking since 2023 and love doing it. Increasing FTP and Vo2 max along the way. I've also been doing strength exercises once/twice a week and I'm looking for any advice. My current bike is a Madeline pro evo

The strength exercises I'm doing are (not in this particular order)

Chest press
Shoulder press
Triceps extensions
Biceps curls
Hammer curls
Seated rows
Preacher curls

Sets vary from 4*10 to 4*15 and weights for abice vary from 14 to 20 depending on the week in my schema.

I was wondering if there are any exercises that I could add or if you think this is great.

Thanks.
Why isn't there a calendar view available on the Android tablet application? I would love to have this integrated. I'm always searching for the next workout or just want an overview without having to visit the website.
In Rouvy, it's possible to follow a route while completing a workout. However, what I'd like to know is whether it's possible to also follow the route's resistance. After all, when you ride a route outdoors, you don't have control over the environment either. Is there a way to combine a structured workout with the natural resistance changes of a virtual route?
I'm using a Wahoo Kickr Snap + Favero power meters and a Samsung tablet
Hi,
Is there a way to keep the disk usage low on GeForce now without sacrificing too much? Since I'm in Europe I can't buy extended storage (as far as I know)
