I don't really know how I'm feeling, or understand it, and I'm not sure how to react

Long story short, there's this girl I've known for about 10 years now. We've always been friends, and I've always wanted more. Last time we reconnected, about 3 years ago, we got really close, but never got together. We kind of had a dramatic and messy end and haven't spoken to each other in over 2 years. It's been hard for me, but things were pretty rough for a while. lately I've been making good progress in moving on. I go days without even thinking about her, and I don't feel sore about what happened between us. A few hours ago, I seen she posted on Facebook that she's engaged to the guy she ended our friendship for, and I'm really not sure how to feel. I feel like I want to cry, but then when I'm about to start, I kinda just don't want to. I'm not trying to repress my emotions, but whenever I want to start crying, I just can't help but think it's really not worth it and just don't. I always held out hope that they'd split up and we'd be together, but I also knew that wasn't going to happen. It just feels weird, I'm not sure what to do, or if anyone has ever had the same feeling

Anyone else's basement been flooding for the last few months?

During May long, my families basement flooded. we had multiple city workers, and plumbers come to look at at, and they all said we were the only ones with a flooded basement. I thought it was bs at the time because we had so much snow and rain that week, but I didnt say anything. our basement has continued to flood every rainfall, and its been the same shtick, they take their sweet ass time to come see us despite the fact that we're the only ones that have been flooding out, and it has nothing to do with all the construction work they've been doing. Now the fuckibg roads are flooded with water, and they can't even make any time to see us despite us being the only ones with a flooding basement.

Does it look like this actually compressor with a bolt left loose on it is leaking refrigerant?

I drive and 08 ford susion 3.0l v6 and had work done on it about a year ago. I checked the techs work, and saw a bolt was left loose on my ac compressor. the tech also left other stuff loose on the power steering pump he just installed, which was my main concern. I tightened this bolt and forgot about it till today. my ac isn't working, and I suspect my system slowly died after not having enough refrigerant from this leak. there was and oily Grey substance on it, which I thought was grease from something else, but now I'm starting to think was my refrigerant. I know its hard to see, but there was that oily Grey substance all around this bolt that was loose, im just not sure if this bolt would be the source of a leak from my ac compressor or not
