I hope someone knows more about the EMUX system.

On the older system VMUX I used to get the high beam signal from the VECU connector A3 for a high beam trigger for driving lights.

Would populate the connector and run it to an arming switch then out to the relays.

Already looked through the SM034-018 EMUX Service Manual on ServiceNet.

TCS wasn't able to help either.

I'm trying to prevent cutting into the headlight harness if possible to prevent corrosion issues down the road.

But cutting into it is the current plan to complete this.

With all the new supressor company's coming out I don't know what is good in 45 cal. Cal cans now.

Looking to get a 45-70 lever gun and want to run a can on it.

Looking at the Bears Leg to make an SBR

13.8" Barrel length. (Needs to handle a short barrel on the Bears Leg)

Also have a Stribog SP45A3 and 10mm Banshee.

Currently have a Gen 1 Osprey 45 with the fixed barrel spacer on the Stribog but I don't think it will survive a 45-70.

Large diameter/chode/ short and fat preferred but not a deal breaker.

Just don't want a 45 pistol can if there is something better suited for the 45-70 and Stribog

Does not need to use a Nielson device/ piston.

Would like it to use a hub mount so I can use Plan B muzzle devices.

Light weight/ titanium is preferred. Does not have to be titanium though.

Limited full auto rated would be great if I ever get a FRT for the Stribog.

What has been your wait time?

Hitting order on web site to taking it home.

Also how long from placing order to being shipped to your local dealer.

How long from filling out info at local dealer and waiting to certify.

Last can I got was one a local dealer had in stock. September or October of 2025

Got my account made and trust info uploaded along with fingerprints.

Then it was 3 weeks for silencer shop to email a waiting to certify with the wrong info on the form 4.

They had my personal info filled in when it should have been the trust info.

It took 4 days and trying to call them at least 10 times for it to be corrected.

Picked up the AP5 SD.

Haven't shot it yet.

Swapped in a 100°lock and checked gap.

Measure in inches since that's what my feeler gauges are at work.

Measuring at 0.020"

0.019 is loose

0.021 doesn't fit.

What size rollers do I go with to get this back in spec?

With stock locking piece it measures 0.016"

Should I put the stock locking piece back in for the 500 round break in with the fake can then check it again with the 100°?

What Magazines do I stay away from?

I would love HK mags but at $80 a mag adds up fast.

This gun will never be converted to an actual SD model with the barrel ports.

I want a can that fits in the handguard.

Milkman set up looks awesome with the extension but I am trying to stay under $1000 for the can set up.

Can needs to be full auto/ FRT friendly.

Trying to stay under $1000 For the can since I'm planning on the AS Designs Drop in trigger pack when it comes out.

Is the AC Unity A2 stock good or should I spend more for the HK Version?

Plan on getting a 80°locking piece whenever they come available again.

What are the ways to tune the cyclic rate on these when using FRT?

Will changing the locking piece prevent the Roller Dent issue?

What spare parts should I keep on hand?

Any other suggestions on what to change for function and reliability?
