Activated from gold to platinum today using the app, tapped the “Activate” button. I was told that upon activation my transactions with gold will reflect here pero I cant view the soa and wala detailed info sa part na to. Is this normal?

I got 2 of my cards upgraded to platinum (Visa and MC). 5/29/2026 ang sabi processing time. As of writing, I only got the MC replacement card. Wala pa din update sa Visa.
They are not responding sa emails din. Usually ba magkasunod lang to?
Second question: once i activate my platinum, I can still pay using my Gold's card number? Ito yung mga transactions ko using the older card.
