hi guys, need some advice. i will be getting a hair styling tool soon. i need your help choosing which one

i will mostly be using it to style my bangs, maybe the rest of my hair occasionally but i'm leaning more towards heatless curls for the rest of my hair
trying to MINIMIZE heat damage
MINIMUM frizz causing tools
i absolutely cannot do a blow out with a normal hairdryer and round brush, so i'm concerned that i won't properly be able to use the blow brush. how easy is it to use for an absolute beginner?
so i've been leaning towards a straightener since i'm not very good with blow outs or diffusing
i like the look of soft waves
