Did changing your diet/nutrition help improve your CPTSD symptoms?

Would you say that getting the right nutrition made your CPTSD better?

Is anyone else struggling to take care of their body—maybe because you try to "self-medicate" or manage ADHD with sugar, or deal with ARFID (like avoiding iron supplements because you're terrified they'll taste bad)?

Do you find yourself constantly yawning because of ADHD?

Does every little task leave you completely exhausted?

Or is there someone here who does work out, eat healthy, and basically lives the "perfect" healthy lifestyle, yet the symptoms are still just as bad as ever?

What was some story where you would say this was a ghost or you saw something before it happened

How did it change you?

How do you know it was real?

What did you do to get in contact with this idk energy? power?

Do you was afraid about the death until this?

Could you see ghosts or had some other experiences?

I am really excited to hear your story and experiences.

I know how people really fast say "they are crazy or something like that " but I wont judge I really want to hear what you experienced if you like to share

Sending good vibes.

What would you do

I have a problem—or how do I put it?—I really want to help people. I've gathered a huge repertoire of knowledge regarding all kinds of tips, whether it's about ADHD or other topics. But even though I want to help, it's a very vulnerable subject. Every time after I upload a video, I think to myself, 'I don't look good enough, this person or that person is going to laugh at me,' and I can't decide whether to keep trying or give up. Yet, the desire to help others is really strong.

What I find disappointing is that friends who see it don't even like it, and I don't know... it's just a terrible feeling. But social media is the only way I can help a lot of people at once.

I need advice..

I hope it is right to post it here and I hope somebody could help me or maybe just saying yes thats your BDD. I need to know what it is.

So at first if I see people with perfect skin, no skin picking, perfect live even if its just an Illusion I ask myself how or why cant I look that pretty like those people and how can I do. Sometimes I think it would be different if I had an IPhone idk maybe because the camera lens is somehow better idk how to desribe it more natural? Showing live in some pretty way? Idk..

I am at a point where I have the thoughts about if even if its not enough beauty then they have if it fades my will to live will fade too. Idk maybe I got bullied about the silliest things in my school time.. and at some point I understand if you look great you dont get bullied.

I am just afraid to waste my "beauty years" because of my mental health problems. Other people have the best Outfits because they can wear it and everything than looks good on them. They can make their hair I cant I get so exhausted about my hair even people who learned it say my hair is confusing. I have the feeling everybody know how to behave, to dress and to live maybe to make the right job so they can travel more or anything.

I feel like I didnt get the rules to live where other people know it all.
