Hi, We had opted for mutual divorce 3 months back. I have suffered a damn abusing relationship with my narcissistic wife for 10 years and we are having an 8 year old daughter too. We both are working and earning similar & the custody of the daughter is with her mother.

I have suffered too much harassment mentally, physically and financially in that relationship and same is with my parents as well. I was fortunate enough to get rid of her,but she is pleading me to reunite inthe name or our daughter. She is constantly presurring me emotionally that this all affecting daughters mental health etc. she is weaponising daughter as well.

Even she is taking help of my daughter's school teacher, out family Doctor etc to gain sympathy and forcing me to bring her back in my life.

Today I get a call from my daughter's school class teacher that she wants to meet me tomorrow and discuss regarding my daughter.

I know it's all planted by my ex-wife, but since it's about my daughter i have to go....pls suggest me what should I do ??

Sometimes I really fall in a guilty trap and start thinking future with her but experience of past is haunting badly

My ex wife is asking for money from me for teaching my daughter, telling me that if we put her in a classes you have to pay the fees. Instead of paying an outsider give it to me. Isn't it a part of parenting duty ?? She is already earning more than me. Seems like an extrotion now...

I am living with my parents. I have two sisters married in the same city and both have sons each. I too love and respect them a lot but every weekend they come to my house with their families to meet my parents that's also fine but they do chit chats till late night 12-1am. I am having a job in the morning and I have a habit of sleeping early by 10-11pm.

By this regular disturbance my sleep gets affected, I am ok if it is occasionally but I too have my personal life. I can't go out or rest.how to handle this without disrespecting them ???

She has not claimed alimony or maintenance for her self but it has been decided that I have to bear all the expenses of my daughter. The custody of the daughter is with her mother.

I made a huge mistake by agreeing upon bearing all the expenses but without specifying any limit or fixed amount. I wanted to escape from that relationship so I made up this decision without thinking much.

Now in just 2 month I have spend almost 60k plus for my daughter including school fee etc. i am very happy to contribute also but my ex wife is claiming 30k for child maintenance from me now, I said that i can't afford this and how a child need 30k per month.

I have responsibilities of my elder parents too and running a hole loan as well. She is threating me to go police and filing a maintenance case

Just wanted to know in such situation how court acts. When both parents are working doesn't expence of child should be splitted. Or in a worst case how much percentage of my income can court grant for maintenance??
