From a company perspective, it actually makes a lot of sense:

• The group schedule is extremely demanding. Manon has spoken before about different cultural expectations around rest and work (coming from Switzerland). If there was ongoing friction around absences, recovery time, or pace, the company would rather remove that friction from the group so the remaining members can keep a full schedule without disruption.
• At the same time, they’ve already invested heavily in her training, image, and fanbase. Completely cutting her loose means losing any future return on that investment and risking a messier public exit. Keeping her under the company for solo projects lets them still profit off her while framing it more softly (“focusing on solo work”) instead of a full, bitter departure.

So the logic would be: take her out of the group system she may not fully fit into, but keep her as an asset for solo activities.

I’m curious how Manon fans would actually feel about that outcome. Would you still support her under HYBE x Geffen as a soloist? Or would you rather see her leave the company entirely even if it means starting over with less support?

Has there been any confirmed interaction (online or in person) between Manon and the rest of the group since she went on hiatus in February?

Beyond the usual “we talk sometimes / the door is open” comments from the other members, has anyone actually seen likes, comments, tags, or real-life sightings?

I also ordered a Dalmations 101 set, with the correct address so I'm hoping they come at the same time so the deliver driver would be able to see the matching names and know the address, but ugh annoying. Anyone experienced this? Does anyone know when these will ship? When I called the automated robot said "we see you have an order that was placed, and will be shipped in November (or maybe it was October)." and the only order I had were these!
