Hi all, I live in Illinois, USA and was looking to get off my mothers auto insurance due to my new vehicle being more expensive than expected on her policy. Come to find out after insurance shopping and checking driver history, they found a few accidents that were all from my family (None were me)
So the vehicle she is driving is registered in my name (Due to circumstances at the time it had to be under my name), I assume this also plays a part in linking back to me?
So is there anything I could do to separate myself from her policy and all the accidents that were caused by my family so i'm not getting burned trying to find new insurance?

Hi all, so I ordered a car from Missouri to Illinois and my carmax agent notified me that there could be a holdup once it arrives due to having to re-apply for the title in Illinois. 4-6 week ETA, so would I be able to ask for a refund on the shipping fee for inconvenience even if the car arrives by the ETA range? If the car looks good in person, I am willing to wait to buy it.
