Untrained and made to clean up shit smeared toilet and walls. Normally front end associate and not ever on maintenance. I was told to just "get a wad of toilet paper and clean it up". Like what is the actual procedure on cleaning up shit smeared on walls/toilet? I doubt any unlearn says to clean up shit and blood with paper towels.
Management did a water balloon fundraiser for the children's hospital. They didn't bother to clean up after, to the point the balloons melted and stuck to the ground. I couldn't even get them all because you now need to pressure wash them. Our maintenance team is already so busy and heavily understaffed I took it upon myself to clean it for them.

Morning fellow ISFJ's! I'm trying to figure out how to avoid all the hype surrounding the world cup. When others turn left I make a hard right. I literally hate the commotion lol and would rather be where it's quiet and peaceful. Things like this stress me out and the noise can be too much! Does anyone else feel the same?
I'm not too versed in the Naruto lore, but I feel like Sakura won this fight because her abilities as a healer and being a heavy hitter countered Sasori to an extent. You think any of the other Konoha 12 could last in a fight with Sasori?
Still new to the game btw. All I'm seeing is Eti being used. I'm still figuring out my style of play. I stay on a single hero at a time before switching but I've been experimenting with everything. It's kinda annoying to always be losing to Eti builds. How can I compete against this meta?
Lost my health insurance now I'm paying for my own. No big deal. Now I have to switch doctors and none of my medications are covered. I'm paying over $100 a month in prescription copays alone. It's been a headache trying to get my insurance to cover biological medication. They don't cover remicade.
So my new gi is working on a getting biologic that's covered. I've already "missed" my monthly infusion and to top it off I'm flaring. I've been told to call the manufacturer for Rinvoq for copay assistance. I'm going to do that Monday.
What if I fail Rinvoq like I did Remicade? I'll have to go through this headache all over again.
Is anyone else in the same boat or has gone through the same thing?
My “friend” has a dog that she treats like furniture and locks her up all day. This dog has spent more of her life in a kennel than outside of it. When I ask about it, they say it’s punishment or she needs it. They say they only let her out 3x a day and the rest of her day is in a kennel. I’d argue a shelter is better than this home (they don’t wanna take her to a shelter). But I finally convinced my friend to rehome her pup.
This is an incredible dog. I just started a part time job as a dog trainer for a reputable company in my area. This dog is SUPER trainable! She’s also got that golden retriever vibe where everything and everyone is loved and she will go with the flow and roll with whatever life throws at her.

- potty trained
- incredibly resilient, confident, and forgiving
- while they don’t take her on walks, I have. I find that after a few corrections… she’s better than my 3 year old Doberman I’ve spent thousands of dollars on in training 🙄
- her mouth makes up 90% of her
- she grew up around multiple children and a cat. She is great with people and kids. She sometimes chases the cat but it’s out of excitement and doesn’t attack the cat. Again, they don’t exercise this dog.
- she’s a little over a year old.
But… she needs rescuing. Truly. Can someone save her? They want to charge a $300 rehoming fee since she’s up to date with vaccines, spayed, and she comes with supplies like that damn kennel.
I know they’d be willing to negotiate because they don’t want her. And I don’t feel comfortable giving her away to just anyone. But if anyone out there wants a beautiful, smart, trainable puppy, please let me know. I’d even offer some free training sessions, but I don’t think it’s needed. She’s really easy to train.
I don’t have social media. And if I did, I wouldn’t feel comfortable being this honest (“friend” doesn’t have Reddit). So I’m asking here. I’ll take suggestions for what to do. This amazing dog deserves a loving home.

Background: supercenter store in southern Texas with lots of foot traffic. Part timer with 30 hrs weekly with 2 years of tenure. I requested an emergency loa through Sedgwick for personal reasons not medical. Obviously it was denied. I gave them over two months in advance notice. Now my hours got hella cut with the weirdest scheduling. I'm going to take the loa whether they approve or not. Jobs come and go and this is something important I have to take care of. So if I have to put in two weeks, so be it.
It's funny to me because I'm the best cart pusher on the team and the TL's ask me to stay later all the time. When hours were cut during off-peak season TL's would ask me to stay past my scheduled time anyways. So honestly I'm seeing this as an opportunity for more hours despite the cuts on the actual schedule. I work at a bank in the morning as my primary job so even if they don't ask me to stay I really couldn't care less lol.
Anyone have similar experiences when requesting loa's? Either hour cuts or being taken off the schedule?
