Libernovo omni pro

I am 6.1/178lbs, and I have been using the Embody for the last 5 years in my office. I am moving to a work-from-home setup and was thinking of getting an Embody for my home office
I came across the Libernovo through some Facebook ads, and upon research, the internet seems to be full of paid videos for this chair. Although all positive, it does come across as manufactured content

Wondering if there are real-world users who have been using the Omni Pro or SE

\- I don't really care about the electronics, but is the support/fabric on the PRO worth the extra $$?
\- The embody has been okay for me in terms of seat depth. Would the 48cm Omni Pro be fine, or should I wait for the 52cm maxis
\- I am located in Canada , any idea if they have after-sales support at all

[ON] Handling cash payments

I have had a client who has always paid me in cash over the last few years and I have never had any problems depositing it into my bank before

However now the amounts that I bill this client have been increasing over the past year to the point that I am considering getting some sort of a machine to verify the bills

I have just used the three step process outlined by the govt so far but looking for some sort a machine to automate this

For people who handle cash transfers are there any recommendations for machines I can pick off Amazon to help with this

I did find a few on Amazon but not sure if they work as expected, have any one them been able to detect bills for you ?

VDP for corporate taxes

I just found out after using AI to review my filed T2's that my accountant has not been filing any Foreign income for my investments in the US for the last 3 years, I have been incorporated for 5, and the CAD 100K threshold was crossed 3 years ago. But my accountant never filed a T1135, nor claimed FTC. I only found out today, and he says he did not know anything about the T5 usd. I am going to change the accountant and file VDP through a new one; however, I am a bit worried if this triggers some sort of audit or verification.
Through some rough math using Claude, the tax owing is around 19k CAD, which is a decent amount. Has anyone else gone through a situation like this? What happened?

Withdrawing from TFSA and Depositing back

Hi,
I have CAD invested in my TFSA. I was thinking of realizing some profits and then putting it into some other investments, primarily in USD.
I use Wealtsimple, and they have an option to convert CAD -> USD but charge a 1.5% fee, and don't support Norbert's Gambit

They have a USD savings account, and I already hold some USD, so technically I should be able to withdraw the CAD, fund it in an equivalent amount of USD, and then buy the stocks that I want, but some basic internet /AI research tells me I can only deposit back in January 2027
How does the native Wealthsimple conversion bypass this rule? Are they internally using something like Norbert's Gambit, and just charging us 1.5% for it?

Investing through my corporate account for a small business

I have an incorporation that earns primarily in USD. I use a corporate investment account with Questrade, which enables me to trade both the US and CAD stock markets

I am almost 50-50 US and stocks, from an investment perspective, but my gains have been a lot more on the US stocks compared to the Canadian ones. Might be becuase some individuals' picks paid off, the Canadian side is only ETFS

I had not considered the tax implications of holding US stocks and ETFS, and only now thinking about it. I am 5 years late, but still, maybe better than never. I was considering taking profits from the recent market, but my accountant advised against it for how, which makes me thing long term Index funds might be the better option.

Are there any pros and cons to investing in the US market, or should I just focus on indexes like XEQT?
Note: I just mentioned XEQT as it's a popular Canadian ETF, primarily looking for advice on fund distribution and currency conversion. My accountant's advice is to not move out of the US indexes that I own (VOO and QQQM primarily) but divert future funds to Canadian indexes

Best Tiramisu in the city ?

Preferably at the east end. I have been eyeing the Vietnamese Coffee Tiramisu at LALA Bakery, but I would love to get some other recommendations.
I tried the one from Francesca Italian Bakery. I did not like it, It's a bit too heavy imo and not as coffee forward

I have always stayed away from soulslike games , cause I had heard they are hard and moderately scary

But I still tried out Elden Ring due to the million recommendations I got , and boy did it change my perspective.

I have poured 150hrs into the game now.

I know there are not many games which would stack up to all aspects of elden ring such as exploration, build mechanics and combat but still looking for recommendations

Would honestly be great to find something similar but without the jump scares

Cyberpunk come to mind , but I have already played that as well
