wie kriege ich einen stabilen schlafrythmus hin

Ich hab starke Probleme rechtzeitig schlafen zu gehen weil ich immer wieder bis spät in die Nacht am Handy sitze und es irgendwie nicht schaffe schlafen zu gehen. Gestern war es wieder 2 Uhr als ich schlafen gegangen bin obwohl ich 6 Uhr aufstehen muss. Hat jemand tipps wie ich das schaffen kann? Das einzige, was mir bis jetzt wirklich geholfen hat, war, wenn ich von außen von jemandem daran erinnert wurde ins Bett zu gehen aber das Ziel ist ja dass ich es auch alleine schaffe 🥹🥹🥹

STOP USING AI ON YOUR LISTINGS 😭😭😭

Literally so confused as to why they would use AI to make them stand in cool poses. some even have extra things added that don’t represent the real doll for example painted fingernails or similar things. So unnecessary istg they could have just PUT them in cool poses but this is just weird 🫩
