AIO? My partner bought a TV

Hi everyone.

I'm struggling with something that has stayed with me since I gave birth, and I genuinely want to know if I'm overreacting. After my C-section, my boyfriend came with me to the post-operative and postpartum room. He told me he was going home to get a few things done and said he would be right back. Instead, he used my money to buy himself a new TV and never returned to the hospital. I was the only new mother there without my partner by my side during one of the most vulnerable and important moments of my life. I've always wondered if my feelings of hurt and abandonment are justified, or if I'm overreacting.

LOST WALLET

About three weeks ago, I lost my small Coach wallet near the courthouse after getting out of a cab. I believe it was sitting on my lap and accidentally fell when I exited the vehicle. I contacted the cab company, but unfortunately they did not have it.

Thankfully, there was no cash inside, and my two RBC debit cards have already been cancelled. What I would really love to get back are my identification cards, including my purple photo ID card and my Ontario health card.

If anyone happened to find it or has any information, I would be so grateful if you could contact me or turn it in to the nearest police station. Thank you so much.

Transportation in Niagara

I wanted to share my experience with Loyal Transportation because I believe others should be aware.

Our driver refused to take us to our agreed destination because he said he had to drive his neighbour instead. Instead of completing our trip, he dropped us off on the side of the road before we reached our destination. When my boyfriend questioned why we were being left there, the situation escalated, and the driver tried to grab him and pull him out of the vehicle. It was a frightening and completely unprofessional experience that left us feeling unsafe.

I filed a formal complaint with Loyal Transportation and gave the company the opportunity to investigate what happened. Unfortunately, despite waiting for a response, I still haven't received a meaningful resolution or any real accountability.

Based on my experience, I can't recommend using this company.

Can anyone recommend a reliable and professional transportation company in the Niagara Region that they've had positive experiences with? I'd really appreciate your recommendations.

I [38F] need advice on my relationship with my [48M].

Hi!

I will give you a little bit of background information on my relationship with my [49M] . We began dating in the summer 2025. Things between us progressed very quickly. We were living with each other within months. Then I learned I was pregnant February. We decided to keep it. We had the cutest baby boy.

Anyhow, the day he was born, Mike stayed at the hospital for an hour, left and brought he dinner. He went back home stating he was going to come back, he didn't. He went and bought a t.v. for himself with my debit. I was upset to see everyone else's partner by their side throughout the night.

It isn't all negative, he does a lot of the maintenance and cooking. I think he does this because he likes it a certain way. Last time I tried, he said I was doing it wrong.

Whenever I ask for the rent portion, he'll get angry and start a fight. He says im picking on him. He has only helped me three months out of the seven or eight. He'll also make excuses like his online banking logged him out.

What should i do? Im scared being a first time mom alone.

I [38F] am begging to reset my [49M] partner and I dont know what to do.

Hi everyone!

I need some advice regarding my so called relationship. When Mike and I meet, thigs moved pretty quicky. WIthin 3-months of dating I was pregnant with my first child. Initially, he was contributing, helping with the rent and other bills. However, once we moved into our apartment (September 2025), things changed.

Every time I try to collect the rent from him, he gets angry and storms away. When I tried this month, he just so happened to "lock himself out if his online banking". When I asked on another occasion, he got up and said something along the line as " I am not going to sit here and be picked at". Since moving here he hasnt paid once. His main source of income is his mom.

He also has an anger issue for example I had found a kitchen table and chairs that I liked on marketplace. I ordered a loyal (van) to take us there and return us home. I thought I was fortunate enough to have the driver with the van because he was the only one with one working at the time. Anyways, we stopped at the bank and withdrew money. While Mike was in the branch, the driver stated to me "My neighbour just called , he needs a ride too" .

We started to drive to our destination and the driver stated he was no longer driving us because he had to drive his neighbour. Mike started yelling at the driver, using profanity", stating things like "you're going to f* drive us". The driver continued to refuse to bring us, especially after Mike stated he wasnt going to pay him. Mike refused to leave the car. The driver then got out and opened the passenger door, grabbed his arm and attempted to get him out of the van. Well, this started a physical alteration. How embarrassing. He attempted to his bag at him, and tried to punch him.

Its unfortunate but I also have a hard time believing everything he says. I bought a iPhone. However, it couldn't do what i needed it too because it was so old. One day I noticed I gone. I asked him if he had seen it. He replied no. I asked if he could help me find it. He brushed me off. He didnt know that I looked at his phone (first and last time) I had figured out he sold it to his friend. I continued to ask him if he knew where it went. I told him that I knew he sold it . He still lied. One day his friend came by and I seen it's sticking out of his pocket. I pulled him aside and asked if mike sold it to him. He said yeah. I then confronted him.

TLDR I don't know what I should do, leave the relationship and be a first time single mom, or leave?
