I received so many queries regarding low volume high intensity, my diet and my split.
So low volume high intensity means, low number of sets with heaviest weight. Each set should go till failure. Don't count reps.
I take around 120 gm of protein every day. Breakfast is 100 gm oats, 500 ml milk and one scoop whey
Lunch is 4 eggs, 2 chapati and veggies
In evening I take one scoop of plant Protein and 300 ml milk
In dinner, generally rice, daal and any sabzi along with thoda sa paneer
I follow PPL Spli
On Monday, inclined dumbbell or bench press and one fly movement 2 sets each till failure. Shoulder press 2 sets till failure and triceps pushdown 2 sets till failure
Tuesday: Lat pull down 2 sets till failure. Chest supported row 2 sets till failure. Preacher curl and hammer curl each 2 sets till failure. Rear delt and lateral raises each 3 sets for 12-15 reps
Wednesday: Leg press, leg extension, hamstring curl 2 sets till failure
Thursday: rest
Repeat again.
