Have a culture round coming up for a GTM role and wanted to get some guidance on how to clear it. Have read at multiple places that’s it’s the toughest round to clear. I have read the two essays by Dario already.
Has anyone been through it? I have it coming up soon and wanted some pointers on what do they expect from GTM roles. I have heard it’s the most difficult round to clear so looking for some help/guidance. Thank you in advance 🙏

I have made a deck but I think it’s not at par considering the high stakes of this interview and I am getting stressed out because I the presentation on Thursday. I am interviewing for a CE role at Google and have my Leadership/Googlyness round and presentation round. If anyone has gone through this, I would greatly appreciate any pointers for these rounds.
How can I improve this? I know I drive fast but I feel like I have been getting very low average after changing the tires a few months ago. I did the alignment as well. I got the Michelin Primacy Tour.
I have a 2024 BMW IX and the AC just stops working in the middle of the drive - there is still air blowing out of the vents but it’s just not cold when it stops working. Also when this happens, I hear like a revving sound similar to what you would hear in a gas car which tells me it’s clearly trying to do something. I also gave it for servicing at the BMW service center and they couldn’t find any issues and asked me to come again if I face the same issue. I have now faced it twice in two days after getting my car back. I live in California Bay Area so it’s hot but not like Texas or Arizona.
