Some of you may have seen my post a couple days ago where I received an email that my Celebrini YG Teammates Outburst was deemed missing and I would receive store credit for it. This comes in addition to many others who have lost this specific item to raise awareness.
But lo and behold, its back! I got an email noting it had been reprocessed and it is in my account. What a twist!
I never recieved the compensation I was emailed about, though I do wonder when these scans were taken? Do I wait to ship it and see if it goes 'missing' again? Do I email back customer service and clarify with them? Did coming on here to complain actually help???
PS: ive listed the item and it notes its 'stored remotely', as in not near their headquarters. Perhaps it was replaced?
