Is this really a cameo 5 alpha? It doesn’t say 5 anywhere, but is being sold for a killer deal if it really is one.

I’m making a sketch book for my daughter. I took the 50 page pad and made it into 5x 10 page signatures. I’m going to attempt to sew the signatures together. Is this too many pages per signature or does it still seem okay?
I guess my concern is after sewing will there be too much space between the signatures for gluing?
I completed my first book binding today. It’s more of a journal, but I’m pretty happy with it overall. There are things I’d do differently and things I learned that I’m going to use going forward.
I think I’m going to like this hobby.
This is a physical prop for my D&D game I run.
How would you go about aging this book/journal so that it won’t rub off when handled? It’s vinyl “leather” so I’m worried acrylic wash or something similar would rub off easily.
Any advice?
Any advice on how to transfer this image to the front of the cover? I was hoping to use carbon paper or something and then paint silver over it to create a filigree style image on the front. I tried carbon paper and it won't transfer onto the vinyl.
Any advice?
I have heard great things about Witch Doctor, so I decided to shelf my 30 cultist and try shadowhunter. I got to 10 and swapped to that spec and am having a horrible experience. I'll get a mob to 1/2ish health and then spend the next 5 minutes smacking it with a stick until it dies.
Is this just a spec that I have to kite mobs constantly? Or am I missing something?
I'm making a physical Tome of Strahd prop for my players, I'd like to add a ribbon bookmark into the book. I'm planning on 3d printing some charms for the end of the bookmark. I found a raven skull to put at one end, is there something else you can think of to add to the other end? Maybe just some decorative beads or something?
Since the spine isn’t very thick on this journal, would placing the ribbon here under the end paper work out okay?
As the title says, I’m working on binding my first “book” which is going to be a D&D prop for my players.
I plan on wrapping the book in some fake leather that I purchased online. I also figure I’ll need a sheet at the front and back to attach to the covers. I thought of using some black construction paper, but I’m not sure it’ll look good. Using regular black paper won’t fit the aged aesthetic.
Any advice on what might work to attach the covers and also how to calculate the hinge gap?
My opponent has a [[Plague Engineer]] on the battlefield with "Snakes" chosen.
I have a [[Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons]] on the battlefield.
If I cast [[Splendid Agony]] on his Plague Engineer to give it 2 -1/-1 counters, my snake would live due to the Haptra trigger going on the stack and the Engineer dying due to state based actions.
Am I interpreting the rules correctly?
I play D&D and am working on a prop book for the game. I'd like to make this about 5 inches wide as a type of filigree on the front of the book in silver. Would the silhouette be able to cut lines this fine or should I try to thicken them to make it easier? Any advice would be appreciated. I don't have a cutter myself, but a friend of mine has one and I'd commission them to do it.
I've been reading the Drizzt series. I just finished the Ghost King and was planning on moving right into The Neverwinter Quartet. But with all the hype surrounding Dungeon Crawler Carl I'm thinking of moving into that series. Anyone have an opinion on which I should read next?
A friend of mine has lost his stand for the display of these ships. I'm wondering if anyone has a line on where a replacement can be purchased or maybe an STL file that could be printed to get him another? I'm not super familiar with the different enterprises, and it looks like the stands may be model specific. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I seem to be alone in my friend circles in remembering these. When I was younger my mom used to buy “popsicles” similar to these. The difference is the ones I’m remembering were creamy, almost like creamsicle but different flavors.
Is this Mandela rearing its head or do others remember them? If so does anyone know what they were called?
I’m from the US and would like to try some random foreign snacks. I’ve thought about trying one of the snackcrate/universal yums style box things. Has anyone had any experience with them and if so which one is the best value in your opinion?
I'm looking to play Evolved for the first time in some time. I have less time than I used to, so I'm looking for a decent settings package that allows me to tame at a decent rate, and have the ability to do decent damage without making it too trivial. Any advice on this or any videos or articles I can read over?
