Pratiquei tkd por um tempo e no Brasil sempre pareceu uma arte marcial subestimada, entendo as críticas, mas muita gente das outras artes marciais não sabe lidar com os chutes imprevisíveis do tkd, que já foi mostrado que chegam a ser mais fortes até que os da capoeira, chegando a uma força superior à 1 tonelada.
Algo que já comentei por aqui algumas vezes também, que essa crise da masculinidade na real é a crise de um capitalismo em decadência, antes as pessoas conseguiam ter as coisas, mesmo que à alto custo e seguiam a vida mesmo nem tudo sendo perfeito. O sistema hoje faz o básico ser cada vez mais inacessível e vende uma ideia de vida fora da realidade, que se você não tiver é considerado um fracassado.
Esse sistema por design não é feito pra todos vencerem, é uma pirâmide em que sempre precisa existir os que estão no topo, mas vende o tempo todo a idéia de que só basta força de vontade pra chegar lá, quando isso não se traduz na realidade o resultado é a frustração, principalmente de homens que nunca fizeram uma reflexão de como as coisas funcionam e são criados desde cedo com a ideia de que devem ser vencedores, ficar ricos, comer geral, ser provedor, ser o "alfa", e como isso não acontece se resignam a um conservadorismo reacionário, culpando mulheres e minorias pelos problemas causados pelo capitalismo.
Agora virou moda essa personalidade de "30+ cansado" que acha bonito virar um recluso que não faz nada e só fica existindo na cama, galera que não chegou nem na metade da vida e já tá assim pode enterrar logo.

After the news of the layoffs yesterday there were many implying that it was thanks to the boycott and that the Disco community blindly defending the original creatives, that they were problematic that should be fired and we are now harming the workers. But it is all bullshit. Not to say that the original criatives(Kurvitz and co) were saints that didn't do harm to anyone, but this narrative that they were the villains is a convenient farce to blind the upper management, that wanted to fire them specially to gain full control.
In this interview we see Argo and Dora relating their experience in ZA/Um after the original team was disbanded, they were working on the Cuno side project that was canned and later they were fired under the same excuses of "toxic behavior" that were used to fire the others.
It makes it all clear that the toxic ones were, in fact, the upper management and they always have a narrative to blind themselves by putting the blame on others. In the inverview Dora and Argo talk about how toxic the environment was, how their life were being made difficult, how they were being gaslighted, how the executives were spreding lies about the OGs and later about them, misogyny, mental health issues, lack of empathy and so on. Also remember that some of the OG workers that backed ZA/Um and remained there, were the ones that got Kurvitz and Rostov's jobs after they were fired. So every time you hear about how the OGs were this super toxic people that needed to be removed, take it with a grain of salt.
The only fault of these layoffs, the new game's failure, and ZA/Um being ran to the ground right now is of the incompetence and greed of executives. These leeches and parasites robbed a company, robbed a story 15 years in the making, threw the creators of it under the bus, and are sucking it until there is no more blood left, they only deserve our contempt, nothing more.
I know he's a pretty divisive figure in the fallout community, I won't even initiate this discussion on the main sub because people hate his guts there.
But he is still one of the more accomplished writers in gaming, him being a bit of an asshole sometimes don't erase his entire career, people are talking as if he were always a fraud with games like Planescape: Torment, Kotor 2, Pillars 1 and 2, Fallout 2, New Vegas and many more on his belt.
To me this moment is the golden opportunity to make the best fallout game ever, and it seems like a waste not bringing onboard a person with strong expertise, who wrote the fallout bible and who knows the fallout world better than most, even if his ideas weren't aways the best, for all he did I think he could still bring a lot to the table.

Right now a lot of people are skeptical with Obsidian making a new fallout, with good reason, their last 3 big rpg games are considered by most mediocre or lackluster. I'm not on the camp of "Obsidian is not the same anymore, all the people from the past are left" but I have played Outer Worlds and honestly, it's a good game but it eventually falls flat, I dropped towards the end because I was bored with it, and I've heard people saying the same of Avowed. But I think the problem of these games aren't that the people that worked on them talentless but it was the directives from the executives that demand them to make unambitious, "cheap" games to sustain their business model.
Obsidian constanly suffers from having to deliver on a tight budget, deadlines and executive decisions, even New Vegas, the game was supposed to be much grander, with full explorable Vegas with no loading screens, like the concept art, you were supposed to go on Ceasars's legion territory, showing a more nuanced take on his side, there were more quests and npcs that would enrich the world that had to be cut.
What we need in this new Fallout is that ambition to make what NV was supposed to be, the scale that we had in Fallout 2, with new ideas inspired by the rpgs of the new era and of course the budget and time to do it all. If the Xbox division want this game to truly succeed, they need to give a carte blanche to Obsidian to work with all the liberty they need.
Right now it's a opportunity like no other to make the fallout game we deserve. Contrary to what has been said, many people that were in NV will be onboard: Josh Sawyer(director in NV, Pillars of Eternity 1, 2 and Pentiment), John Gonzalez(lead writer in NV) and many others, Tim Cain and Leonard Boayarsky(Fallout 1 and Outer Worlds creators) are back on the house but we don't know if they will be onboard, Tim Cain once said he didn't want to return to fallout. The one key person that's left is Chris Avellone and the one that makes many skeptical about all this, as he was the one to pitch NV and many of the game's ideas were his, even if the didn't do everything people claim he did, it's still a miss. But I think we're still good, JSwayer and Gonzalez by themselves are very strong names, with connections to bring in other talented people, even if we don't get a masterpiece I'm pretty sure that at least in rpg mechanics and writing, it will be better than anything that we got on Fallout since 2010.
O capitalismo "evoluiu" pra um ponto que hoje ter o básico virou luxo, e precisou espalhar uma ideologia na população de que se você não conseguiu as coisas, é pq faltou trabalho e esforço. Isso culmina em anos de lavagem cerebral com livros de auto ajuda e coachs picaretas vendedores de cursos passando a idéia de que a chave do sucesso seria uma virada de "mindset" e trabalhar 14 horas por dia, vendem os hábitos de bilionários e a rotina deles como se fossem meios pra atingir esse objetivo, e justificam a miséria no brasil como se fosse uma falta de capacidade ou inferioridade do povo brasileiro, que não possui os mesmos hábitos de povos "superiores", e colocam até a fé no meio, nos meios evangélicos se acredita fortemente que quem é rico foi abençoado por Deus.
Isso tudo não podia tá mais longe da realidade, o povo brasileiro, ao contrário do quese acredita, é um dos que mais trabalha e é explorado no mundo, a falta de riqueza não é por falta de esforço mas sim por porque o sistema é todo aparelhado pra elite ficar cada vez mais rica e os pobres cada vez mais pobres e daí precisam vender pro povo a idéia de que se eles não chegam lá também é por falta de esforço, criaram o mito da meritocracia como se fosse uma lei inquestionável, e o povo com uma educação piorada e sem senso crítico graças a essa mesma elite, acredita nessas lorotas, especialmente quando o mesmo discurso vem de figuras de autoridade religiosas.
Aí a gente se encontra nesse ponto, a população 80% endividada, ou porque tem necessidade de se endividar pra comprar o básico, ou porque precisa mostrar um estilo de vida de sucesso pros outros. No capitalismo já se vende a idéia há muito tempo de que seu valor como pessoa é o que você produz e isso se intensifica com as redes sociais, ter uma vida confortável, que já é muito difícil nesse país, não é mais suficiente, agora todo mundo precisa mostrar que ficou rico, que prosperou, que é melhor que os outros e enquanto a gente tá se matando nesse corrida de ratos, o burguês tá rindo que tá ganhando mais alguns bilhões sem fazer nada, enquanto os nossos filhos vão continuar nessa roda depois da gente, os filhos deles vão ter o "mérito" de herdar tudo que os outros construíram. E ninguém vai ser revoltar ou mesmo questionar esse sistema, é a maior máquina de propaganda da história da humanidade.

Boa parte do conteúdo voltado pra mulher na internet é sobre como não tem mais homens, que homens não chegam mais, que home provedor tá em falta e mais uma série de reclamações que ninguém aguenta mais ouvir.
A verdade é que o mundo mudou, e muitas dessas mudanças as próprias mulheres pediram, toda mudança tem o bônus e o ônus, se os homens não importunam mais mulheres publicamente então é lógico que não vai ter mais homem chegando, as pessoas tem que se adaptar a essa nova realidade , ficar enchendo o saco dos outros na internet é o mesmo que redpill faz e afunda todos nessa guerra de gênero estúpida.
Outra coisa também que não adianta ficar com esse papo de desconstrução de gênero e se apor ao patriarcado pra depois ficar agindo de forma que fortaleça exatamente aquilo que você faz oposição. Se a busca é por igualdade de gênero, pq os homens continuam sendo cobrados das mesmas responsabilidades?

Eu ainda lembro dos pokemons e geloucos que eu tinha, pena que foi tudo dado/perdido, naquela época era massa demais essas coleções, brindes cheios de personalidade que vinham na coca-cola, cheetos e outros produtos, toda criança tinha algum desses e sempre dava pra usar em alguma brincadeira. Já hoje as crianças precisam de um labubu tosco de 300 reais que só serve pra "ostentar".

My take after playing this game multiple times, on all builds and routes.
At first I was afraid, everyone says it's a hard to read book and all over the place. There's some truth to that but the game is also hard to get into, we push through and find gold in the end.
The first chapters are a bit boring and very confusing, even with all the knowledge from many playthroughs it's easy to get lost in all the information, but then it starts to get traction, the mystery around the Lund girls disapparance and the characters get more interesting each chapter, by the half of the book I was reading like a madman, as obsessed as the main boys.
I found the Pale one of the most fascinating subjects in the game for me, and wanted more and the book satiated it for me, the concept of people becoming non-entities and being erased from existence is terrifying. I can imagine this book being adapted into a little tv series like true detective.
The final mystery of the book, Rodionov’s Trench and Zigi, even if we never see the continuation of Disco Elyisium, I have a feeling that somehow it would let us have some answers and maybe we could help save the girls, and the life of the boys wouldn't end up so tragic. It was a very soul crushing experience.

Sempre vejo discursos de evangélicos dizendo pra pessoas pra sair do "mundo" pq ele é lugar do diabo, ou que o "mundo" afasta as pessoas de Deus. Mas pra mim isso não faz o menor sentido, considerando que Deus criou o mundo e os seres humanos, o mundo é o nosso único lar e onde a gente deve usufruir o máximo de todas as coisas belas e boas que existem nele, de onde surgiu essa idéia de que o mundo é do diabo?
Me parece muito um discurso de gente que viveu numa bolha a vida inteira e não consegue conceber outras experiências de vida.
