19-F need serious help 😭🥀

Photo is unrelated, a fellow reddit user (unamericangeneral)asked me to post this for her cause she don't have enough karma to post :)

So what happened was I saw a offer in grok ai app and I thought to redeem it it was a basic two month trial subscription which cost 2 rupees which day refund you So I went ahead and bought it and instead of 2 rupees which is normal for trials they charged me 2990 full cost of subscription,I thought 2990 was autopay amount not the actual subscription amount but now they charged me ₹ 2990 .

I tried talking with Google Play but they said they was only mediator and the denied the refund and give me the X ai support mail it asked me to mail them everything like date of purchase and all the proofs and things required and didn't that exact thing but X ai had a bot which Replied With a genral refund site which I think is of no use because it has no upi option and it is just for businesses from what can I see but still I have mail them everything and explain the my issue.
