This was charged to my account in April, I did not notice because my shop has been closed for a few years. I really have no idea how to handle this. This is for an order that was done all the way in 2021. And yes, I did click on that link, but it won't accept anything I put in the form to find the claim. Not to mention this package was definitely sent appropriately with first class package as I had done many times before. How can they even do this? Just randomly charge me $5 all these years later?

EDIT as per this post this is a glitch that affected many people who had orders in 2021. Sign of relief that it’s just a mistake and will likely be rectified soon.

I had my first ever mole removal about 10 days ago. The mole was pretty small but had gotten so puffy that any kind of scratching or brushing against it made it bleed. I’ve been keeping it clean and moist as per the instructions the doctor gave. Some of my skin is sensitive to Band-Aids and hydrocolloid which is why it’s got that red rectangular shape of redness around the circle. My concern is that white thing. I had a little bit of pus coming from the wound which I wiped off and I noticed there was still a little bit and thought maybe it had just congealed and use my tweezers to pull it off. But it’s not pus at all. It’s a bit hard, and feels like it’s deeply embedded in my skin and painful. So obviously I stopped trying to remove it and have continued just keeping it clean and moist. But what the heck is it? Is this something I should make another appointment for or is this something normal that I can just ignore until my wound heals?

I have pretty much no experience with roaches, so I think this is a German roach nymph but I want to be sure. I don’t think I’ve seen any in this unit before and recently got a new neighbor a couple months ago. So I think that’s where this little guy must have come from if it is a roach, that unit was empty for several months prior.
