our whole life has been tilling the soil of our being, and the time to harvest the crops and fruits of our labors is coming near

an urgent message of "prepare, prepare, prepare" has been coming through this past week, and the direction of where to apply the urgency has become crystal clear:
we must remove the walls around our heart regarding giving and receiving love

the medicine, or pathway to healing, for those ailments comes from intimacy with Source

when we become more intimate with Our Creator, we naturally come into a more natural and harmonious alignment with all of creation and what we were made to be

it's the fulfillment that we always externalize, but can only be found through being in a healthy, loving relationship with God

ive found more and more that every heartbreak, all of our letdowns, all of those painful moments we experience that cause us to close off our hearts in giving and receiving has arisen as invitations for us to seek what we were externalizing/getting from others and things, but from Source

the coming shifts and changes are going to thru life for a loop, and such sudden plot-twist are going to destroy all of those with a shaky foundation, but the relationship and love, grace and nourishment that we receive from Spirit can never be taken from us

funny enough, it's in those crazy moments in life where the trials and turmoil strengthen it

im not sure what is going to change so suddenly that this message is so persistent, but i know that whatever it is, is going to rock people at their core, and the only thing that will help us through those moments is our relatinoship with Source

this year of life's introspection is: Holiness to Wholeness

it's an evolution/continuation of last year's 'living mastery' which i talked about previously

it's already serving to be quite the powerhouse of inquiry because today's guided meditation/channeling i host on youtube was beautifully potent, here's some of what came through:

holiness is not perfection, it's living a life of stripping away the barriers and blockages that we have which get in the way of our intimacy with God

and there's no end road to that, it's a continual refinement like the entirety of the spiritual search is, but through the intentional shift of focus/awareness/witnessing to remain in that presence of The Eternal Presence.. and naturally we come closer to what we were created to be because we're stripping away the false that gets misidentified/attached to

the wholeness we've always sought, and get conditioned to externalize through normal human conditioning can only truly and fully be filled through that intimate relationship with Source

every heartbreak, every letdown, all the failures and shortcomings of people and life that we experience has always been intended as that call to look within, every one of those lessons have revealed a bridge of understanding of God's love for us and serves as a potential opportunity for developing a deep and personal relationship with Creator

and when we get/move past the pride and egoic attachment and delusions we come to recognize we can never get to that fullness on our own, no matter how much we can recognize our divinity and godly nature it can never bridge of grace that we receive from Source

that the road to fullness and wholeness is and can only be done through and for Source, everything else will fall short and only lead us into deeper suffering once confronted with this Truth

when it comes down to it, our holiness will innately lead us into wholeness, because it's a life and journey of deeper alignment, constant refinement, and perpetual presence with Our Creator

needless to say, im really excited for this year's introspection because it's already birthing juicy fruits of recognition, wisdom, and growth (and it's only been 2 days lol)

every year i give myself a theme of inquiries and introspection to unpack throughout the year, this year's was living mastery

as life unfolded i was really pressed not only in my faith/truth is Source, but also my own capacities

i came to quickly realize that the fullest expression of myself came though my intimacy with God, and even more paradoxical to the mind that aspect of the more i pour out of myself the more i received from life and Creator

that pathway to the fullest and best version of myself came from seeking to live through and for God

i was tested more than ive been in life with those patterns of self-sabotage and more temptations than ever, but it's through all of that i recognized the power, sovereignty, power, and authority we've all been blessed with

each time i sought to put Spirit's will above my own, there was nothing but deep nourishment and cinematic experiences received

mastery of the self, or life, and unlocking the fullness of our potential can only come through intimacy with The Creator, but the more i looked at it and lived out this year of living mastery it made perfect sense, because when we do this it's living through the backing of the One who created everything lol

and that mastery never stops, it only continues to unfold and refine itself, with every new understanding harnessed the mantle get's promoted/elevated to an even more dope expression and experience

a yearly inquiry is such a powerful practice, and with my birthday just a few days away i wanted to share some of the juicy nuggets of this potent avenue of inner looking

this summer season has brought much change and intensity, but know that autumn won't be slowing down or pulling any punches

many things will fall this fall, and your ability to get through it all will be determined upon your willingness and urgency to act on the many invitations of change that summer presented us

it's like the summer lessons are the ones that will determine the abundance of our fall harvest

and with that being said, it's important to look within and recognize all the areas where life is asking us to step up, to let go, and to really connect with the fullness of what we're created to be

something that keeps coming up is this aspect of wholeness, meaning a unification and empowerment of all of the aspects of ourselves (physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, creatively, and love [giving/receiving]) that make up the human experience

because without a harmony and strengthening of those areas the circuit board of our beingness runs the risk of getting burnt out/short circuited from the immense amounts of energetic shifts/changes on the horizon for this season

ultimately, the relationship with Source is the primary relationship of love that we gain the most from having, as the faith/trust and grace received allows us to more easily navigate the others

but needless to say, if you're seeing this it's a sign that you're being called to jump into this autumn season empowered and ready to be that beacon of inspiration, hope, and joy that many others will need during the chaos that will unfold

every religion and spiritual teaching talks about one goal that is vital for any and all spiritual aspirants: to be a vessel or channel for Source/God/Spirit/Holy Spirit/Universal Consciousness/The Divine to fill and flow through

when we understand and allow ourselves to simply be the witness, we naturally enter into a state of relaxation and calm, expansion and inner stillness
it's akin to when we're (quietly) sitting in a theater watching a movie, we allow the body's technical knowings to flow through inspired action

that inspired action comes through being on the playground so to speak, letting go of the inner attachments to the mind (fear, doubts, judgements, hesitations, etc.) and going back to those liberated states of our childhoods

that combination is what allows the heart (throne of the soul) to be liberated, the detachment from the analytical mind/body is what opens us up to receiving Spirit (the heavenly, our higher selves, God, etc.) and through that we widen the channel

the more we practice and partake in creative expressions (dance, music, singing, freestyling, writing, etc) the more we build up that muscle so to speak

as most things in the spiritual realm it's paradoxical because in order to simply be more (as open channels for Source) we need to do more of those acts until it because our new normal and autopilot, but the facts are it can be our basestate the more we get consciously seek it out and live through it

it's guaranteed to bring more of the beauty and cinematic nature of life within your everyday experiences, because ultimately it's all bringing it back to the fact it's fun to be alive and experiencing, and every day, every moment of life is a precious gift to honor

life can be often viewed as a search and journey back to wholeness, but that doesn't mean the end road will be one of holiness

however, if we search for holiness we inevitably will find and embody wholeness

that subtle distinction is one that becomes life changing when we build a sturdy foundation of holiness

what comes through time and time again is that our holiness starts with being in a constant inner state of gratitude, of thanksgiving, of child-like excitement and enamour with this gift of life

gratitude transmutes any and all experiences we can have, it makes the sweet moments sweeter, the bitter ones turn to lessons, there's no true lows because it reveals growth and it makes the high moments even more elevated because we marinate and radiate in the goodness of it all

and through those moments of gratitude we pour that appreciation to the Creator of it all

that aspect of constant appreciation for life naturally leads us to building more intimacy with Source, because we discover God in every slice of now we experience

that appreciation then has plenty of moments to build even more intimacy in our relationship between ourselves and Creator

one invitation that came through in my guided meditation/satsang practice today was: what happens when you are grateful for every breath and moment you're alive in the waking state?

ive practiced the inner 'thank you' quite constantly, but never the entire day before, but i accept that invitation and see it as a beautiful practice to attempt as often as possible and the goal of from waking up to sleep in mind and heart

life can be often viewed as a search and journey back to wholeness, but that doesn't mean the end road will be one of holiness

however, if we search for holiness we inevitably will find and embody wholeness

that subtle distinction is one that becomes life changing when we build a sturdy foundation of holiness

what comes through time and time again is that our holiness starts with being in a constant inner state of gratitude, of thanksgiving, of child-like excitement and enamour with this gift of life
