trying to figure out

i have a very weak and tight pelvic floor. i don’t have insurance to get the help i need yet since i’m still 17.. i don’t masturbate often, and have a low sex drive due to not typically having the safe space to do anything.. i was able to use my vibrator a few times this past week, and ever since a few days ago, i’ve had brown blood /spotting. it’s sorta goopy but thin? it’s still coming out 3-4 days later or so.. has anyone here experienced anything similar? i’m hoping i didn’t mess myself up by clenching or anything like that…

my current sleeping bag is a 0 degree skiing one and it’s so good, but it takes up half of my 55L osprey and it makes my pack a lot heavier. i always have to punch it into the bottom of my pack and sit on it to fit it, and it has me exhausted. especially it being the heaviest thing in my pack, if not in the top three

i want a sleeping bag that’s ultralite, that will still keep my cold blooded self warm af, and made of a easily foldable material that i can roll up and fit compactly and lightly in my pack.

where can i find fork/spoon/napkin wrapped in plastic?? getting back on the road due to the job market being horrid and not having enough for rent - and i’m drawing a blank.

the 7/11 down the way has spoons and forks open and i wanna look around for places that have them all together in a plastic thingy lol
