Today I went to a cafe to make my Central OBC NCL certificate because I’ll be applying to Central Universities.

I already have a State OBC NCL certificate. The person there gave me a format and told me to fill it out and get it signed and sealed by an authorised officer. After that, he said the process is basically done after it’s signed & sealed and I can submit that format whenever the Central OBC NCL is asked for.

I’m a bit confused is this actually enough for Central Universities, or do I still need the final Central OBC NCL certificate issued officially online/offline?

•	When does the admission process usually begin?

•	Is there any official helpdesk/contact for admission queries?

•	Any tips for someone moving there for studies
