Lender sent the CD and said I have until midnight to sign?

then when I questioned the 3 day law, she said this isn't the final but it's needed to remain compliant and close by Friday? Anyone have a clue as to what I am being rushed to sign?

it's 90 degrees in my apartment right now

I feel so bad for those French people who had to deal with 100 degree indoor temps this is terrible!!!

Figured I’ll celebrate before this mortgage hits!

Terrible to know I worked so hard for it to just drop. Does anyone know about how much I should expect it to decrease and for how long?

not buying anything only counts for credit right?

so we are set to close on jul 10th but we need a few things like a lawn and I don’t want to miss this July 4 sale… I saw A post earlier where people were telling the guy not to buy anything until he got the keys. But that’s only credit right? Edit: what if we get it cash?

I am using DPA, not sure if I should seek out another state approved lender or not, also elswhere it says Monthly Payment is $1546 (the DPA is a second 10 year mortgage so that's what I think it is), wondering why it says $1320 here

[AL] landlord wants a hold-harmless/lease bundle signed

Hi y'all, short long story is that our HVAC has mold is unusable, this was discovered weeks ago, they made a draft of all that they would do but it never made it to print. Currently they have non-renewed 6/30 and want us to sign a hold harmless and a 12 month lease for the "replacement unit" IDK what to do, I don't think it's ethical (we have toddlers) and we weren't planning on staying another 12 months anyway... If all goes well we will be closing July 10th... any ideas of how to handle this? I have already attempted to have them introduce a early termination clause into the proposed lease, and also asked why we need the hold harmless in order to get the new unit... no response... sheesh
