I genuinely don’t see how people can date someone long term they’re not attracted to physically. Yes personality is a huge factor as a well, but honestly I think looks matter more.

Trying to date someone who has a great personality but isn’t attractive is just going to lead to breaking up or infidelity sooner or later. If I were trying to date someone who has an awesome personality but not really attracted to in how they look, then it just wouldn’t work.

Trying to have sex or even showing intimacy you aren’t attracted to as far as how they look will definitely show (in my experience). All it will do is build resentment and make the other person feel less.
