Is Zeri easier for Taliyah mains to pick up?

I’ve been thinking abut Zeri’s kit a lot and how it can overlap with Taliyah. They’re both squishy and lower range (compared to other mages/ADC), but they have speed. I’ve only played Zeri in ARAM but I’ve enjoyed it, and want to try learning her in SR. Is she easier to pick up for us bc the positioning and attacking skills we built on Taliyah can transfer easily?

Would love to hear yalls thoughts on this…

Did Taliyah lose her identity as a roaming mage to Ahri?

They both have similar playstyles but Ahri is way easier to pick up and more powerful than Taliyah. She is also more popular. Perhaps her physical appearance plays a role here (Ahri is oversexualized), and I wonder if riot blatantly favors her. Before anyone jumps in with the “bUt TaLiYaH R”, her ult can be flashed through or even climbed over or broken by certain champs, & it’s a non-damaging ability.

Is Riot trying to push Ahri as the premier roaming mage at the expense of Taliyah?

Will Riot ever make this champ playable?

Taliyah is not in pro jail. She isn’t even a top pick in pro play. She is underpowered for no reason. Any other champ in the game is easier to pick up and way more rewarding. I wasted so much time on this champ…500k exp on her and it’s still not enough to carry. I regret spending money on skins. I wish I could file a dispute with my credit card and get it refunded, or at least exchange the skin for a more useful champ like Ahri.

I figured out what the Talismans mean!!!

It’s obviously supposed to be a birthday party! 🥳

That round thing on the left is clearly supposed to be a cake with candles. There are exactly 6 candles on it, representing the BiW’s age. The squiggly things on the side are simply 🎊🎊 The other round thing is supposed to be half a pizza cuz Clara ate the rest 💔💔 yet despite the malnourishment, the BiW grew strong and tall for his age and that’s why the stick figures are overjoyed!!!

Guys I think the monsters just want to come in because they feel left out and want to celebrate too 💔🥀 why won’t the humans let them in 😞😞 what happened to inclusivity??? Just cuz they’re ugly, slow, and horrible at communicating doesn’t mean they don’t have feelings & are “monsters”. They still hurt every time they see the explicit reminders on talismans of the fun people have without them. Yet, they’re smiling through the pain and being polite. Were they the real victims all along??? When will the bullying stop?!

Are Lux support players acting in good faith or sabotaging their own ADC?

Context: I’m a new player (low elo) Sera/Leona/Nami support, & in no way claiming to be good at the game. However, Lux support has a D rating and low win rate, so she’s better as a mid laner imo.

Occasionally, I pick Sera as an APC, and I’ve noticed that whenever I have a Lux support, she spends the whole match stealing farm and kills from me, while doing nothing to keep me (or other teammates) alive or push any lanes. This is the exact opposite of my own strategy as a support player, where I genuinely focus on keeping my ADC alive and fed. I’ve noticed a similar pattern when playing against a Lux support where she will take advantage of the free support gold + CS to completely dominate her own ADC.

Do I just have bad luck or are all Lux players like this? I wouldn’t have a problem if they actually carried their team to victory, but their selfish playstyle usually costs us the match. I feel quite helpless in this scenario since these types of Lux players don’t know how to support properly and never set up wards, esp for objectives…

Encountering backlash from the team for picking Janna in low elo?

Whenever I pick Janna as a low elo player, my teammates make fun of me and call her a useless champ…and they don’t even acknowledge when I save them from inting, or assassins getting to them, etc.

I love playing Janna cuz of her kit. However, I’m a new player…Is she not a good pick for low elo? Am I trolling the team by picking her??

Tips from high elo players that are lowkey useless for low elo?

What are some common tips you can think of that work in high elo but aren’t that useful for lower elos? As a new player and Taliyah main, one example I can think of is the advice to ban assassins like Katarina when in low elo, most Kata players are trolling their teams and it’s usually ranged mages like Xerath who are more difficult to play against. There’s also other advice like rushing Zhonya’s for squishy mages when move speed (e.g. ghost summoner spell) is a much better defensive stat for new players than a highly situational stasis item…

What are some other examples you can think of?

Is Jordan unsafe for queer Israelis to visit?

Israeli guy at a house party said he was terrified to explore Jordan since he is gay and Jewish….it sounded kinda racist to me (like an extension of the “gays are killed in Gaza” talking point)…. However, I’ve never been to Jordan, so I didn’t know how to respond to it. Does anyone have any information or pointers where I can learn more for future reference? Thank you!!!

Ashe build for SwiftPlay?

I’m a Taliyah main trying out the ADC role and looking for advice on what to build on her for SwiftPlay, where I encounter mages and tanks (like Lux, Seraphine, Morgana, Thresh, etc) in most games. What’s the best build for Ashe if I’m looking for a power spike but also building move speed to dodge the constant pokes?

Thank you ☺️☺️☺️

Is brawl gone for good????

It was the one mode I enjoyed even more than ARAM Mayhem. I’m a new player so I don’t know if Riot switches up its game modes frequently. I really hope Brawl will be back…it wasn’t a temporary thing, was it??
