Loss of appetite on period?

I’m 18 and when I’m on my period I literally don’t have an urge to eat. For example I had a small breakfast at around 10 am and at around 5 pm I realized I hadn’t eaten anything else for the whole day. I feel like it’s a big thing where other women wanna eat everything on their periods but I don’t really feel that. Is this normal?

Does this book get easier?

I’m currently on chapter 8 of this book (about 28%) and I find it a bit overwhelming and hard to follow. I get the basic stuff but a lot of the magic systems don’t make a lot of sense. Will it get easier to read further in the book??

Should I seek help for my habits or is this just teenage anxiety?

So I’m starting my freshman year of college this fall and one of goals I set a couple months ago was to not get the “freshman 15”. In order for me to not get this I chose to start good eating habits now so when I get to college I’ll be used to it and eating good will come easier. However, now I feel like whenever it’s time for me to eat I have a “will this make me fat?”mentality and not a “is this meal good for my body?” one. I don’t starve myself which makes me think it’s not an ed, but I definitely avoid certain foods because I fear it will make me fat. Another super bad habit I have is compare myself to my sisters. I have two sisters (one older, one younger) who I would say are both on the kinda chubbier side. Basically I will avoid their eating habits because it’s kinda my worst fear that I’ll look like them one day. But I just don’t know if this is something serious that I should see a doctor for or if this is just normal teenage anxiety and that this is just a toxic mentality that I need to fix. Any advice is helpful!!

Dark academic book recs

I read the secret history about 8 months ago and it’s my all time favorite book, but I haven’t been able to find anything new with that vibe (I’ve already read if we were villains + bunny, also love them but I just want more book recs with that overall vibe)

Which is considered the “higher math course?”

I’m filling out a course registration questionnaire for my college (I’m a rising college freshman) and they are asking what the highest math course I’ve taken is. My junior year I took honors algebra two but my senior year I did not take pre-calculus and instead took a statistics and probability class. Which one is considered the higher math course?
