The leak is where it is circled. I bought a 1 1/2 inch bevel washer. It won’t fit on the black pipe. What am I missing here?

Edit 2: I got a tailpiece washer and new tailpiece pipe. So far so good.

I was able to get the green one off. This is on the bottom front of a dishwasher in the junction box.
I sprayed the screws with penetrant oil and am waiting for now. Any tricks? Can I just cut the wires? The power is off. Thanks.
I am shopping for a dishwasher. People here have great recommendations, but I’m finding the cost for installation prohibitive for me.

I’m needing to measure his breathing rate daily. I cannot seem to be able to do this.
I have to be right in front of him to see his little belly move & then he wakes up excited. He doesn’t act old or sick.
Is there some kind of breathing rate monitor thing that is reliable? I also work, so this is not easy.
Edit: I figured out how to measure his breathing. I have an extra security camera pointed at him. I check if he’s asleep & then count his breaths.
Lucky me, I can also see when he’s humping his blanket. 🙄
