Plugged into my TV and won't boot anymore

Hey everyone, my 2017 Macbook Air (Specifically model A1466) has been with me through it all for almost 10 years. She was still going strong up until yesterday.

My laptop was on already, and I plugged it into my TV with a USB 2.0 to HDMI. I've done this before, no problems. This was a slightly older Samsung TV, just before smart TVs ruined our lives lol. The laptop screen flickered and then was fine for a few mins and then just shut off. I fear this TV may have shorted my logic board. Is that even possible over HDMI? When it's plugged into the MagSafe charger it's still solid green, I even let it discharge a bit and the MagSafe turned orange like it was charging up the battery. No fans, no heat, nothing.

I tried resetting SMC, but to no avail. I am going to try reseating the battery but I'm not sure if it'll work since the charging light is still behaving normally. Has this happened to anyone before? I'd rather not have to buy a new laptop lol. Any advice is appreciated!

Spayed Cat in Heat

Hey yeah so pretty much what the title says. I know about Ovarian Remnant Syndrome and we are gonna get her tested for it once we have the money.

However, in the meantime, how do I help her be more comfortable? She seems really angry and upset and howls for the entire night and doesn't sleep. The only thing I can do to get her to stop is to wrap her up in a blanket and hold her and not say a word or make any noise. Obviously I can't do this for all hours of the day.

This has happened once before and the vet who did the spay brushed us off and said our only option was the $500 blood test. She also said that it couldn't be ORS because she was not displaying heat symptoms at the vet office. After I showed her multiple videos of heat behavior happening at home. I'm at a loss lol. This cat has had so many other issues and I don't want to rehome her. She is perfect and amazing but I just don't know what to do anymore. I need a win here lol

Also, not asking for medical advice, more just for my own sanity...

has anyone's spayed cat gone into heat and it wasn't ORS? What was it?

Or, if it was ORS, what was the process of correcting it? How can I hold the vet accountable for a failed spay?

Thanks again yall!!

I planted this thinking it was a bell pepper..

Is it a chili? I don't know lol it's my first year gardening so I am having a hard time identifying this pepper. Should I have let it sit til it turned red? If it is a chili... what do I do with it? I have more coming and I am not sure what to cook besides salsa or something like that lol.

EDIT***
This is a Jimmy Nardello! I had one and it's sweet, not spicy. They grow to be red sweet peppers. I picked them a little too early!

Cat incontinence help

Hi everyone! My 2 yo DSH female tortie has been having this issue for a while now and no one can seem to figure out what's going on. She has been leaking and dribbling urine since February. I should also mention her urethra is constantly having spasms, and she still uses the litter box to pee and poop. We have been to three vets, no UTI, stones crystals etc. bloodwork is good as well. The last vet we went to prescribed Bethanecol and antibiotics for an infection from the dribbling and my cat constantly licking her rear. The vet seemed to think it was a nerve issue, but it seems like the incontinence has been getting worse since starting bethanecol. We have been in touch with our vet multiple times and we still don't know what it is. Her back legs have never been strong, she's pretty clumsy and can't jump that high. This weekend she started walking weird, she was kind of waddling and it looked like one of her legs was coming out of the socket or something? Here's the video https://imgur.com/a/k9wGnYS

I'm at my wits end here lol, I'm constantly smelling everything, cleaning my cat and my furniture and my bedding. I want her to be comfortable and happy, and it doesn't look like she's either at the moment. Any advice or help is appreciated! Thank you so much!

Okay so I am at my wits end here. We have had our 2 yo spayed female cat for about half a year now. She is really tiny, and only 6 lbs. She was spayed before we got her but we have paperwork saying she is spayed from the previous vet.

For a little while, she was throwing up bile about once or twice a week, her appetite wasnt great - just half a 3oz can a day and some try food. She was due for an eye removal so we kinda chalked up a lot of the issues to the pain and discomfort of her eye being all messed up. Recently, she has stopped vomiting all together and eating 2 3oz cans a day. She is now leaving puddles of mystery juice everywhere. It's not urine, it has a very faint odor but it still has a smell if you are close enough. It also does not smell like anal gland excretions. I heard those can be horrendous, and this smell is not anywhere near the "rotting flesh" category lol. It's colorless and has a watery texture. We had originally thought UTI, stones, glands. She was on antibiotics for a UTI, but the urine test came back negative, blood tests were fine, stool sample also fine. She has been on probiotics for constipation and given blue buffalo digestive care for about a month and a half now. She is constipated, her poop looks like rabbit turds.

I've noticed she leaves huge puddles when she licks her behind for a few minutes and sometimes she'll leave a drip here or there. When she is sitting on me her vulva will pulse or twitch? Everything I've googled about this leads me nowhere and I am scheduling an ultrasound appt with my vet, he thinks might need to go to a specialist (which I can afford but would prefer not to if it's something benign) if he can't figure it out. she behaves normally, is hydrated, plays, eats, sleeps just fine. What is going on with my cat? Me and my partner have been wracking our brains trying to figure this out. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

South NJ US. I found this growing in my backyard and is this clematis virginiana or invasive clematis paniculata? I read that virginiana has spiked leaves and paniculata has smooth. I see both lol so I'm not sure! Second I'm pretty sure is Aquilegia vulgaris, I just want to double check since it's growing all over my yard so I just hope it's not something else that's a weed or invasive! Thanks yall!! 😊
