My boyfriend and I live in the same apartment, and we've been wanting to "stream" for each other for a while now. Id love to be able to take what's happening on my laptop screen, and cast it to a dumb tv, or a laptop on the same wifi. The tv isn't on the same WiFi as the laptops because it does not have any WiFi at all

I expect my boyfriend will prefer to use his own laptop screen rather than the tv screen because the tv has a blueing problem (haven't replaced bc money)

so what gadget or program would work well for this? how would I do this? please excuse me if this is a silly/easy question, ive been in and out of the hospital for a few months now and my brain isn't working the best. The people over at r/helpmefind suggested I post here, too. The entire recipe is in the oven, no pan sauce, nothing on the stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, air frier, nothing. Grandma would've been 70-80 today if she were still alive, so that might be a good starting point. Takes anywhere from 1-2/3rds a cup of lemon juice, and up to several tablespoons of pepper. Obscene amounts of fat too: a whole stick of butter (or margarine?) along with up to 2 cups of additional vegetable/canola oil. Family's at least 4th generation American, if not more. Maybe 5% Irish. Biggest influence on my grandma's cooking besides general american fare is Pennsylvania, and Tennessee

Every time I try to look, it brings up recipes with that awful lemon pepper seasoning. My grandmother's recipe used real lemon juice, pepper, a stick of butter, vegetable/canola oil, garlic, onion, thyme, paprika, and flour. I remember the basics, but I can't remember the amounts and I can't ask her because she's dead. Can't ask my parents because I've gone no contact

Everything I remember: melt the butter in the oven in the pan, then add the oil. Meanwhile, you coat the chicken in a bag with flour, paprika, maybe pepper and thyme. They go in the oven for like 45 minutes or so, flipping at the 30 minute mark. It's an obscene amount of oil, it's basically oven deep frying, the chicken is practically swimming in fat. Then, you pour a mix of lemon juice, finely diced garlic and onion, thyme, and more oil and cook it for another 15-20 minutes, then it's done

I can't remember the ingredient amounts at all, and I'm hoping someone will help me find the recipe, thank you!

I don't have the energy to try anymore. They're all gonna hate me worse. Oh well

EDIT: he locked me out of the apartment I helped him get so he'd be free of his abusive parents. I'm done. I'm never going back. I'm blocking him and leaving. I don't care about my stuff. I hope he has a nice life.

my knee keeps getting worse. I have a PT appointment tomorrow, but I dont know if theyll be able to fix anything. Im terrified. im at a serious dislocation risk because my shin bone and the connected knee bone are in the complete wrong position. can someone tell me if physical therapists do that? ive been to PT before, after spinal surgery, and they helped me stretch my legs, but I dont know if they can put things back into place. can they do that, or should I spend my morning tomorrow trying to make appointments to see someone who can?

I see an ortho PT next week, too

im terrified. my left knee has gotten locked in a 90 degree position twice now, and the only thing thats fixed it is paramedics jolting me while they put me in the stair chair. my husband isnt strong enough to transfer me to a chair on his own. I cant bend it, literally it does not bend, and its the worst pain in my life when I try, worse than post!!! SPINAL!!! SURGERY!!!!!

does anyone have any advice, any at all for getting it fixed next time it happens? And should I be resting, or trying to exercise it to make it less likely to happen? I cant go to the bathroom or sleep wjen it happens. I dont have the money for a wheelchair. im scared it might happen when I get up from this chair in about 30 minutes. Im scared to put my knee in a 90 degree angle. my shins (both of them) are pointed in the weong direction and my one leg this keeps happening on looks bowed. I dont know what to do. im going to be trying my best to see an ortho and PT but I dont control their appointment availability. ive been compressing and using heat to try and make it better

If anyone has any advice, please, im desperate and terrified. I don't want to go through it again. I dont want to be stuck terrified of it happening again. Should I rest or exercise? I dont know. im sorry for how this sounds this has just never happened until I lost a lot of muscle tone from depression (30 y/o)

im at an age where I really gotta be careful with my diet, and one of the things ive had to cut out is white rice (also white bread, and non-whole wheat pasta). glutinous rice flour is just ground up sticky rice, right? In theory, could I add some to the cooking water while making brown rice to make it stick together? Im not expecting miracles, I just want to make onigiri again. tysm in advance!
