My Rehome Experience
Well… that was certainly an experience.
I came here simply trying to rehome a few bags. Instead, I apparently unlocked a side quest called “Convince the Internet That I’m NOT Running an Imaginary Scam.” The funny part? A scam usually requires a few basic ingredients: someone pays money, the “scammer” profits, and there’s an actual victim. We’re currently sitting at no payments, no profit, no victims; just plenty of pitchforks. My favorite part is that someone actually offered me a deposit to secure one of the bags, and I turned it down because I wanted to wait until I had the original owner’s proof of purchase confirming it came from Blake. If my goal had been to scam someone, turning down money would’ve been a pretty terrible business strategy.
A kind person reached out and sent me screenshots from conversations in the Blake Discord. Reading them was honestly disheartening. They apparently found it suspicious that I asked anyone interested whether they were in Blake’s Discord. Unfortunately, there isn’t some secret mastermind reason. 😂 Anyone who’s bought from Blake directly knows the ordering process is different from our usual trusted sellers. Before sharing the original owner’s POP, I simply wanted to make sure the buyer understood Blake’s process, thus the question if they were a part of the discord.
