Wanting to work out extra days as I just have so much time right now and find myself not doing much. I normally do push Monday, pull Wednesday and full body Friday. Can I do push Monday/Wednesday, pull Tuesday/Thursday and full body Friday will that be okay for my muscles or is it to much? I’d like to throw some running in aswell. I’m also joining the army so in training mode
Am joining up soon but just trying to work out what I’d like to do, I’d like combat infantry roles or armoured corps but I feel like with my age I should do something that gives me a trade for later down the line. Any tips? Thanks in advance
Jamie gets me laughing hard ‘Cersei is a lying whore, she's been fucking Lancel and Osmund Kettleblack and probably Moon Boy for all I know’
A lot of people say it doesn’t do much in this book but idk I think it’s great aftermath of the war Cersei is great Jamie great, young griff story great, stannis the mannis is great just all round great book.
Obviously there’s more just didn’t wanna list haha
Honestly if George finishes winds I think it’s going to be soooooo good!
Edit I know I said young griff and Stannis, I totally forgot there was another book thanks for reminding me I’ve got more content and don’t have to stop listening to them soon😂

So recently I’ve decided to join the army and I’ve started working out. I’m 27 6ft 81kg I’ve never worked out before never done weights have only really played football a lot when I was younger, I just bought a push up board, resistance bands and pull up bar but the bar doesn’t fit so have to get another. How quick will I gain muscle as a complete newbie I’ve heard of newbie gains. I’m completely home workout tn as gym is like 50 a month here and just not comfortable paying for it when I’m not in good enough shape to go in there and just start working out as want to build a little core strength. Also I’m grateful for the help but please no private messages trying to get me to buy your routines pls
I'm 29 I've never been gym before I'm 6ft about 14/15stone but I'm guessing weight, I used to play football growing up like a lot until I was like 18-19 and was always very active in sports, I've always been pretty slim average but started smoking weed for few years after life problems and started to get a belly haha I just want to know a workout routine and diet as I have 0 clue about either and kind of intimidated by the gym as I've never gone before I legit don't know anything, I can probably do like 20-30 press ups/sit ups and around 60 full body squat's but I'm super aching the next day in the legs with the squats, I struggle with press ups as could possibly be doing it wrong. I just want to start loosing weight and get back in shape as I want to join the army after getting into shape
