I am 19, My sleep cycle has been devastatingly f*cked from the past 3-4 years and even if it started as an escapism for bad mental health , Maybe there is something more underneath.

Perhaps neurodivergence, Perhaps something else but I do get a good sleep whenever I go to sleep.

If I sleep at 4-5 AM , I would wake up completely rested automatically within 8 hours.

But I cannot seem to sleep on the right time and my circadian rhytm is off.

Please help with anything that's a little personal or beyond just melatonin gummies

Recently there has been an increased intake of reviews on EM5 perfumes and how they are too strong , or their longevity is 8-9 hours and all and all.

But the older reviews say the exact opposite things , that EM5 is bland or perhaps barely projecting and doesn't last long .

The general consensus of this sub has always been around quality product , everyone has always spoken mostly against buying the cheap equipments unless , ofcourse for a fresh beginner start with no budget.

We all know any "decent" espresso maker doesn't exist in a machine the way they are selling.

Suddenly , overnight everyone is somehow talking about agaro as if it is some crazy out of stock product which has shaken the coffee budget range and everyone "should apply" for something to get that at home.

Nonetheless, It is but a marketing gimmick and the actual product isn't as heavily reviewed or anticipated as the paid comments and posts so just beware about it.

How's the life there? If I love my own freedom and space?

In the recent times I've been seeing alot of people , mostly newcomers talk about "Best Teachers" , "Syllabus to do" and all of these little things and at the same time I've seen alot of fear-mongering and projecting one's fear onto newbies.

If you are in 11th , you need not prepare for nift strictly. Prepare for design exams but it is very easy , even if you give 2-3 days a week it'd be more than enough for literal ranks.

NIFT isn't about learning stuff honestly , In the situation test I saw alot of people just recreating the same repetitive designs we've all seen over the internet. Same Models , same crafts and the problem is that , it also serves as the d*ath of artistry.

If you are so focused about the exact specifics you'll always fumble , you'll never learn how to adapt.

and to adapt is to be creative.

Cliched with the capitals , but NIFT is supposed to cater creativity and honestly with a system as incompetent as what we have in our country, CBSE and 12th itself is a failing clause let alone an exam as niche as NIFT.

There are so many better things we can think , talk and discuss about.

To start with, almost all branches of streams have somewhat of an esteemed maintained colleges and universities but us creative enthusiasts have to settle in with the bare minimums?

even the maximum size for any NIFT campus is a fraction of any other college like IIT-IIM-NLUs.

How are we supposed to be creative if put in a cage of buildings with professors who barely care about anything but the curves put on freshly minted note they're given every month?

Creativity is the greatest act of rebellion.

The system is there to serve us , not the other way around

I know we have a whole career and college life ahead of us and we cannot protest directly, but if we can bring down the re-eval prices then we can also create uproar enough to call out all of this.

How can the student body of a country as big as ours , be so incompetent? everything about the system is meant to pan out against us and push us off the edge.

The exams aren't conducted nicely , the boards copy checking is done in a way that not only causes inefficient checking , it has cost lives.

and now even the very "Re-Evaluation" site isn't working?

The same outdated web design , lack of care to provide students.

How are we not being used , thrown and discarded away and why are we shut about it?
