Everywhere we went, whether it was a restaurant or the snack nook at the hotel, it was only Pepsi products. I had to go to a CVS to buy Diet Coke. I’ve been to concert venues that only have Pepsi, but not a whole town!!

I’ve been on tret for almost 6 months. Currently, I cleanse, toner, serum, tret, then moisturize. I have never had a peeling or irritation issues. Can I drop the serum? It just feels like I am doing too much. Maybe the toner too? I appreciate any feedback.

Cleanse: Global Beauty Care Calming Nighttime Facial Cleanser

Toner: Mary & Mary Vegan BlackBerry Complex Cream Essence

Serum: Bohemian Skin Kay’s Glow Serum

Tret: 0.025%

Moisturizer: Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream

This was not a client facing meeting but it did include executive level people. When discussing the potential rip and replace of a tool, one engineer defended the existing tool which resulted in reasonable arguments against said tool. A manager stepped in and said to the engineer “Don’t ever let anyone Yuck your Yum”. Cue the unbearable silence.

I posted in a local Facebook Mom’s group looking for a new Medspa recommendation. My post spiraled into a complete divide on tipping. I always tip and I was honestly surprised at the opposition I received. I was asked if I tip a mechanic who changes my oil, etc. I am floored.

Do you have customers that don’t tip?

If you do get tips, is there a regular percentage you receive, or is all over the place?
