"May-December" romance ala older woman younger man version. It failed miserably with Noah & Sienna and hopefully this Kyle & Victoria thing won't even get off of the ground.

I feel like 2 and 4 star options aren't really needed. It was either bad, good or in the middle.

Anyone else feel like they e completely mis-written their mother and son relationship?

I personally, think Jill should dote on Billy because he's her only son with John Abbott. He's her baby boy. She should have a misguided , overprotective loyalty to him, as in "he can do no wrong", despite all of the wrongs hes doing. She should jump in every time he sinks a ship and he his life boat. She should be the first one he calls for help and she should get him out of any trouble he creates for himself Yes, they can keep him as the perpetual f'up, but it doesn't matter to Jill because she's blinded by a ridiculous overbearing mother's love for him. You know how some boy moms can be, well that's who Jill should have been towards Billy. They could have had great storylines where she steps in to help him go up against Victor, (winning some and losing some) over the years.

I don't think this antagonistic approach is right for these characters. And why would she favor Cane so much over her own child?!?! This has been poor writing for years and I blame JG for getting us to this place.

It's been long enough now, into season 2 and there are just some rules that could do with a recast, imo.

For starters just off the top of my head, Tomas and Ashley. They're just not very good and don't seem to be improving, which is kind of remarkable actually.

Are there other roles that you think should be considered for recasting?
