Suggestion: Add an option for 4:3 borders on PC without turning on CRT

CRT often doesn't fit the aesthetic, especially with newer operating system but without it you get a full 16:9 screen but you cannot move the progress bar outside of the 4:3 screen so you have to estimate it. Also irl crts were replaced before 4:3 was so you'd have some more realism.

Why is my drowned farm broken (Java 1.21.11)? Also didn't work in the sky above a river. All water on the top part is source blocks.

Mobs also spawn in nearby caves.

Additional details (e.g. logs, links to screenshots) I am fine with modifying the shader's code but I am not good enough at graphics to change it without help.
