I'm upgrading to Shimano 105 R7000 11 speed on my bike and I'm struggling to source a 170mm crank.
I've got a Boardman road comp 2014 in XS size and it came with 170mm cranks, is switching to 165mm cranks better for my height?
I'm 5ft 6 and have a 29" inside leg, from what I've seen 165mm is better for shorter heights?
I'm upgrading to 11 speed 105 R7000 from my Sora R3500 however my bike came with a FSA Velo S-9 which I believe is a 9 speed crankset, 50-34T, 110 BCD
I understand that 9 speed teeth are thicker than 11 speed.
Will my crankset be compatible and work fine?
I'm trying to keep this upgrade low cost, I've seen I can purchase replacement chainrings (I was looking on AliExpress) but a new crankset is quite expensive and that would also mean I need a new bottom bracket since mine is a square taper.
What would you recommend?

From what I saw, since the R7000 shifters use SLR-EV pull, it means it'll pull too much cable, so the will that mean the brakes will have more of an on and off feeling or it'll feel more spongy and need more force to stop?
Also the other issue is the 105 BR-R7000 reach brake won't be far enough to reach my rims, however I did come across an adapter that extends slightly where the brake pads/shoes sit (see attached photo) could I use this?

I want to upgrade from my 9 speed Sora to 11 speed 105's however I'm stuck in bit of a dilemma.
I've got Mavic cxp22 wheels however I'm sure it uses a Shimano 8/9/10 freehub body (I can't see a spacer) which means I'm forced to use a Shimano hg700 11-34t 11 speed cassette. However Ideally I want to use a 30t or 32t.
Alternatively is it possible for me to upgrade the freehub body to a 11 speed- however is it worth the time, effort and cost?
Is it worth using 34t? I mainly do road cycling I got how it's nicer to use on hills though but I heard shifting performance isn't as good?
I've got a magsafe case and power bank that I use with the Xiaomi 15t pro but it doesn't work properly.
The charging speed keeps going up and down constantly anywhere from 60mah to 900mah. It's not stable, the power bank also gets very hot.
The phone also occasionally won't detect the power bank and I have to reattach it a few times or power cycle the power bank a few times.
Today a new issue occured that the phone was actually dropping percentage while the power bank was attached!
Is anyone facing similar issues and have you managed to fix it- different brand powerbank? Not sure if it's the phone or power bank.
I've ordered the official Xiaomi one to test.

I got new shock absorbers fitted today after the old ones started to leak oil however there appears to be a crack/lip. Is this normal?
