Buttery smoked cheddar grits topped with over easy eggs and fried pork roll with buttery pancakes. I don’t always get a chance to cook a big morning breakfast so when I get that breakfast craving I make it for dinner.
Meatballs simmered in a spicy marinara. Then topped with mozzarella, parm, and smoked provolone (cause I was curious what flavor the smoked provolone would add and it was a yummy addition). Plus garlic butter brushed on the bread crust. And toasted to make the cheese all melted and gooey.

Classic ham and turkey with Munster cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a little mayo/mustard mix. On my first loaf homemade bread. The bread turned out pretty good. Much easier to make than I thought up to now I’ve only made quick breads. Next bread goal is making hoagie rolls.

Inspired by a certain Ybor City restaurant. I had some left pork roast (unfortunately not mojo) add some ham, salami (controversial to some but on the Ybor City sandwich), Swiss, pickles, and mustard. Used a heavy cast iron Dutch oven as a makeshift sandwich press.
Smoked mozzarella, smoked ham, smoked turkey. Dressed with onion, banana peppers, tomato, lettuce, and a sandwich spread. On a sesame seed hoagie roll. Sandwich spread: mayo, spicy mustard, a couple drops of honey, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, cherry pepper relish.

I’m curious if there is a way or a mod for centering roadway connections. Example connecting a 3 lane each direction to a 2 lane each direction. The current base game makes off center connections. Thanks for any help.
Deli seafood salad doctored up with lemon, black pepper, onion and garlic powder, and extra celery seed stuff into a pita.
Kept it simple this year. Hot Dogs with slaw and pimento cheese. Paired with extra slaw on the side, bbq beans, and deviled eggs.
Be gentle I’m very much a beginner to smoking meats. Dry rubbed leg quarters, sausage, and corn smoked with hickory and apple wood. All paired with potato salad.
I enjoy cornmeal crusted fish I was curious how cornmeal would be on a pork chop. An experiment that turned out delicious. Season pork chop smeared with mustard and coated with cornmeal. Then pan fried and finished in the oven. Served with broccoli with pimento cheese sauce and rice with brown butter gravy.
