He’s the prefect example of “stepping on others to get ahead”.

A bit of a background:
Long story short, many of my close friends work at this company where this guy went from Manager to Acting CEO.
All he did was play politics;
- hired/promoted friends,
- avoided top talents because he was scared of being out smarted,
- backstabbed everyone (even the ones who hired him) to get to the top,
- got competent people fired because they made him look bad,
- sucked up to HR, shareholders and the clients,
- etc, you name it.

It makes us laugh he would write some lunacy like this, but fake it til you make it.

He eventually got let go due to poor management, and he is now hyping up his LinkedIn profile with fake experiences, and pretends he knows shit with his daily posts.

Melted a scoop of pb in the microwave, stirred chips in it, and piled them on one side. On the other side was a layer of dill slices. Full disclosure, I did end up needing to swap out the pickle sides bread with a new slice because it was too soggy.

It was a 9/10. Insanely salty and textured.

Used Brets bacon flavoured potato chips instead of bacon... One of the most bacon flavoured things I've had in recent memory.

Leftover tonkatsu, Napa cabbage tossed in sesame oil, rice vinegar, and salt & pepper, kewpie mayo, and tonkatsu sauce on milk bread

I had this at a local sandwich and coffee shop in Cusco where I’m visiting. It was delicious! Bacon, egg, tomato and cheese, but I think the bacon might’ve actually been some kind of Peruvian jamon.

Marinated some shaved steak for a few hours then onto the flattop with poblano peppers, onions and mushrooms. Chipotle Oaxaca cheese , avocado salsa Hatchel hot sauce and crema on a bolillo roll.

Probably could be more of a torta, it was delicious.

With vine tomatoes and poppy seed bagel 👌
