With vine tomatoes and poppy seed bagel 👌

Classic ham and turkey with Munster cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a little mayo/mustard mix. On my first loaf homemade bread. The bread turned out pretty good. Much easier to make than I thought up to now I’ve only made quick breads. Next bread goal is making hoagie rolls.

Cheese Balls with Crucials Extra Hot Chilli Sauce on buttered tiger bread.

2 bagels. One with two eggs, one with one. Served with tortilla chips and Spinach Artichoke dip.

-Brown Sugar BBQ Bacon

-Eggs with Tony’s Creole and Everglades Seasoning

- American Cheese

-Poppy Seed and Regular Bagel

I have no lettuce in the house so I had to pivot- I present you with a bacon, tuna, potato chip, gouda, tomato little fella.

Tuna mix is onion, sweet pickle relish, mayo and cumin.

Honestly it was devine.

Say what you will about toasted bread, but the soft white bread with tuna and potato chips is so nostalgic to me. Reporting in from the 1900’s.

Finally tried peperoncini chicken salad sandwich.

I decided to add black olives, mayo , Greek yogourt, little dollop of cream cheese, dijon, honey, fresh basil, black pepper, garlic salt, oregano, peperoncini.

Was good. :) the bread was toasted hazelnut raisin sourdough.

Gregg's has recently opened their eighth(!) branch in my town of around 120k people, so decided to go get a sandwich there. £6.40 I think for a sandwich, a drink, and a sausage roll.

Back at the sandwich dungeon for another round.
